Entire Home. SW decor befitting the Red Rock setting - very comfortably appointed and full of amenities - your private-view deck of Bell, Courthouse, and Castle Rocks is just breathtaking! Newly renovated, very comfy beds, fully furnished kitchen, entertainment and extra details for children at your disposal. Trailheads only steps/minutes away. Restaurants, shopping, and photo-ops galore - all close at hand. TV for streaming. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
The space
EXCELLENT CLEANING w/ANTI-BACTERIAL PRODUCTS; Parking for multiple vehicles; ADA 'friendly' (not compliant) access from upper driveway; Great gathering space for wedding/family reunions with pre-approval.
Guest access
You are renting the whole house - ADA 'Friendly' (not compliant): Double doors for easy access into the 2nd living room, gravel driveway to get to the street; 2nd bath shower has short threshold...sorry, but the main living room is sunken.

Our co-host, Kathryn, is a SuperHost - she looks forward to your arrival!
This is a great space for Family Reunions, Wedding Attendees, and/or perfect relaxation. There are several ABnBs in the neighborhood to keep your Family and Friends co-located, should you be planning ahead.
Note: Bedroom #2, instead of 2 twins, can be configured as a King if desired. Bathroom #1 Tub/Shower, Bathroom #2 Walk-in Shower.
