Enjoy access to a shared pool, sauna, and hot tub. Be sure to bring your clubs as you will be located off the 6th fairway of the highly reviewed Canyon Mesa Course. This rental is less than a mile from the 179 Highway, where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options. Spend the afternoon shopping at the outlets at Sedona Vista Village or drive over to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, an outdoor market featuring galleries and craft shops. As this area is known for its gorgeous scenery, be sure to hike the nearby trails, Bell Rock & Sedona Trail Zen, less than two miles from your door!

Take in the sunlight in the open living room, pile on the comfortable couch and chairs, or gather outside on your large deck to watch the golfers on the nearby golf course!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
