Situated in the Village of Oak Creek community, you'll find this stunning Sedona Golf Lookout. This townhome sits in the gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club and is centrally located to many Sedona attractions and activities.
This townhome offers single level living with 1,694 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Stepping through home's front door, you'll then find yourself in the open floor plan main living area that the living room, kitchen, and dining area are located in.
Living Room: This welcoming space offers comfortable furnishings, a 55” Smart TV and a cozy fireplace with a stunning stone wall. Take advantage of the convenient patio access.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and bar seating for three. There's also a lovely breakfast nook with seating for two.
Dining Area: The separate dining area has a table and seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, twin day bed with trundle, 55” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds, 55” Smart TV, the private bathroom offers a shower
Outdoor spaces:
The townhome features a lovely patio deck overlooks the golf course. Here you'll find plenty of seating, a gas fire pit and a propane BBQ grill.
Community Amenities:
You'll be able to enjoy community amenities that include clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pool and hot tub (seasonal). Please note the tennis and pickleball course do have a small fee with limited hours for use. Guests can play the nine-hole golf course for an additional fee. Pool is open mid-late April through early-mid November and the hot tub is open year-round

The house was absolutely beautiful! Lots of space, well furnished and plenty of everything- towels, pillows, blankets, kitchen needs, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the tvs and WiFi were excellent. Our very favorite part of the house was the deck out back. We ate breakfast out there every morning and spent a lot of time relaxing in the perfect fall weather. 15/10 recommend this house! Also the customer service was excellent!

We enjoyed the quiet and the weather was good. Access to restaurants and hiking trails was great.
While the condo was convenient and the decor was pleasant, the lighting and comfort was not good. There was no place to sit in the master and no comfortable place or adequate lighting to read. Also kept us busy following all the neighborhood rules. Best seating area was on the deck but a bit too chilly and gets no sunlight this time of year (Nov).
