About this house rental
Welcome to our comfortable and conveniently located home in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona. Just minutes from scenic hiking trails, grocery stores, shops, and great local restaurants! This three-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers a practical and inviting space for families, friends, or groups looking to explore the area!
Step inside to an open and inviting living area, where a plush sofa and a 55” Smart TV invite you to unwind after a day of adventure! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether it`s a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or a cozy dinner shared around the dining table for eight!
The primary bedroom is a peaceful escape, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, and a spa-like ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub—a perfect way to relax after a long day! The second bedroom, also with a king bed and Smart TV, connects to a Jack & Jill bathroom, making it easy to share while still offering privacy. The third bedroom features two full-sized beds and its own Smart TV, ideal for friends or kids.
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard, where you can gather around the fire pit, fire up the grill, or simply enjoy the fresh Sedona air from the outdoor seating area with views of Bell Rock in the distance!
Guests will have access to the entire home and garage. We have two locked supply closets.
This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas.
A car is recommended for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are limited.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.

Clara’s home was beautiful and perfect for being with my adult boys to celebrate my special birthday. Home was very clean, comfortable beds, peaceful vibe, and beautifully decorated with Native American artwork which I loved. Bonus game room was a nice plus.. will definitely plan on staying there again if we return to the Sedona area again.

Great stay! Place worked great for our family. 2 bedrooms away from the kitchen and living area allowed for quiet for everyone who wanted to sleep-in. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our purposes. Beds were comfy, pillows were great! We'd stay here again!

We were only in Sedona for 3 days. This place was a wonderful fit for our family. Lots of space. Well-equipped kitchen and nice rooms. We were able to wind down at least one night by playing pool in the game room. The beds were comfortable and everything is true to the photos. It was a very peaceful place to stay and we would certainly stay here again if we were in Sedona in the future.
