No parties or loud gatherings – This home is in a quiet residential area, and we strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No smoking inside – A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for deodorization.
There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home.

2. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside the property. If violated, there is a minimum charge of $2000 for deodorization.
3. This property is located in a high fire danger area. No wood burning firepits, candles, or open flames are allowed on the property.
4. No firearms allowed on the property
5. No events or gatherings allowed
6. Do not unplug or tamper with electronic devices
7. Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests (including children and infants)

9. The fireplace is to be used with wood pellets only
