Nice home for family getaway in Sedona.

Nice to have four bedrooms for the whole family with nice thoughts for the baby(high chair, crib, play table, swing set). The hot water and AC worked great! Thank you!

The house is cute, but in need of some updating. Most notable , the master bathroom floor, and door, have obvious water damage that need remediation.

Well located and quiet home

Spacious and quiet place with kitchen amenities for family and friends to spend quality time! Grocery store and restaurants are nearby.

One of the room closets was filled with storage from home like a high chair and car seat. We would've liked the space to hang more clothes. Other rooms had more closet space so it wasn't a major problem.

Great rental!

Great location. Everything worked. Was exactly as described. Plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen fully stocked, ac worked perfectly. Hot tub was available but it was too warm (air temp) to use. Internet was strong. Several tvs although again we didn’t use. Would definitely stay there again. Might make it an annual trip if available. Very quiet neighborhood.

Amazing location near everything we needed to do in Sedona.

Older house and while renovated still dated in some areas. No cold water in the side bathroom shower only hot. It was still a great house, but these are things we noticed.

Perfect for our visit to Sedona Yoga Festival

It was close and conveniently located for the Sedona yoga festival. We were able to walk and it was about a mile away. It had all the supplies and more, down to spices and such for cooking.

It mentioned coffee maker, but it did not say Keurig so we bought the wrong coffee the first visit to the grocery store. The toaster oven needs to be upgraded, it wouldn’t work..

Would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again if we were to come back to Sedona.

The house was very roomy, even when at times we had 8 people staying overnight. It was very clean and well stocked with everyday necessities and lots of extras too. The hot tub was a bonus after long days of hiking. It was also nice having televisions in every room for when people wanted to watch different shows. Although we didn’t use it, the deck was large had a grill and was very nice. Having a washer and dryer to use was also much appreciated. The owners were very good about communicating with us when necessary.

We liked everything about this property, however we did run out of toilet paper (only 4 rolls provided) with so many of us in the house. It wasn’t a big deal to go pick some up though.😂 I’m sure if I would have reached out to the owners to get more they would have obliged.

Could be a great place to stay if the heating system would work right.

It was clean, conveniently located, except for the temperature it was very comfortable

The heating system was very troubling. When we got there the house was about 63 degrees. We had trouble getting it up to a comfortable temperature. It felt like we were fighting something that kept suppressing our trying to get the house warm. The thermostat was merely a couple of feet from the heater, so what the thermostat was reading was not accurate and the whole house did not heat evenly. The master bedroom felt incredibly cold compared to the rest of the house. The first night we woke up to 62 degrees in the morning, and the next two mornings were in the low to mid 60s as well. When I turned on the heater, it would stay on for only 15 to 20 minutes. It seemed to not come on automatically after that. I had to keep manipulating it to come back on again. The nighttime temperature on 2 of the 3 nights was low 30's outside and the house was always very cold. I had to get up every couple of hours to coax the heater back on, and even then we woke up to a very cold house. I messaged the owner, and when he eventually responded he did not address my concern.

Es justo como lo describen, la llegada es súper fácil y las instrucciones fueron las adecuadas. ES FÁCIL LLEGAR. Cerca no hay nada para comprar víveres caminando, pero no le quita méritos al lugar, excelente lugar, excelente vista y excelente caminatas, seguro y silencioso .

Solo arriba del refrigerador estaba sucio, el Refrigerador igualmente estaba sucio. La Mesa de cristal igual sucia, el control remoto de la pantalla no funciona bien.
