Sedona Beautiful Villa: Spacious 3-bedroom retreat in Village of Oak Creek.

Our truck did not fit in the small garage due to the slope from street to garage. That should be noted in the listing. Otherwise everything else was great.

Nice clean house. Roomy. Clean. Walking distance to shopping/ restaurants. Quiet, safe. Would stay again.

Clean and covenient

For my wife and me, this was our 7th visit to Sedona. This year we were vacationing with three other couples, so lodging for the group was a little bit of a challenge. Rental houses are our preferred lodging option, but finding one place to comfortably and affordably accommodate for couples and give each their own bedroom and bath can be tough. However, I was able to find two smaller houses on the same street, just a few doors from each other, that suited our needs perfectly. My wife and I stayed in this property with one of the other couples and found it to be perfect for our needs. Both houses had all the comforts of home, but we picked this house for the outdoor space, since the back patio was not walled-in and was said to highlight the local wildlife. That it did! Lots of song birds were flitting about each morning, quail came scurrying through, plus we spotted deer and javelina out behind the house. I spent each morning out there just enjoying the peace and quiet and the critters. The house was in great shape and had all the comforts of home. It was well stocked. My wife and I stayed in the upstairs suite (we did not mind the stairs; the other couple was older so getting up the to the suite would have been more of an issue for them). We really liked the little balcony off the upstairs bedroom as it provided a nice view of the red rocks, particularly in the morning (beautiful lighting). Overall the house was clean and everything was in working order. Mona provides a manual on the operation of all the items in the house and a great list of places to see and things to do in the area. A bonus is that the house is located within easy walking distance of some very nice restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Corner Table for dinner and Miley's Café for breakfast and lunch. There is a grocery store (Weber's) located at the next roundabout heading north (Verde Valley School Road). And it is just a short drive to some great hiking (the Bell Rock Loop and Little Horse Trail are two of our favorites in the area). The two houses we rented worked out perfectly for us. As it happens, if we were to have a group like this again we would be able to rent two houses on this street from Mona as she recently purchased a second place very near to the house we rented. That will make the rental process even easier. Mona was great to work with. She was very responsive and answered all of the questions that I had during the rental process.
