About this apartment rental
Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat in Lumio, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a sleeping area, a bathroom and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Sleeping area: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 25 m² terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, as well as an outdoor lounge to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located on Sant'Ambroggio harbour and less than 500 m from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the car park near the accommodation with semi-private access and with immediate access to the building entrance.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Calvi airport is 15 minutes away by car.
- The port of Île Rousse is 20 minutes away by car.
During the summer months, a small beach train runs between Calvi and Île Rousse, making multiple stops along the beaches.

- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
