2 single beds of 90cm that can be pushed together to form a king size double bed
in room N°1
1 sofa bed in the living room of 160 x 200cm
1 single bed in bedroom N°2
- My sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels are washed at a 100° launderer, no risk of contamination.
- Each time a tenant leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach.
WINTER PERIOD: No additional charges subject to limiting electricity and gas consumption to a maximum of €80/month. Excess consumption, if there is a surplus, will be invoiced at the time of departure.
