Recommend it

A supernice, mnodern apartment with all the equipment needed for a family of five for some days! It was perfect. :) The communication with our hostess was superb, she provided all the info needed on time, the apartment was clean, modern, spacious, and very well equipped (we could use the washing machine, we had some tea and welcome sweets - thank you!). There is a shop near the aparment complex and the metro station is on the next corner, so it was perfect for visiting Lyon.

The parking place in the garage was really tight for our car, so it took us some time to squeeze it in there, but it's not a negative thing - with a small car the place would have been perfect.

100 Punkte für Melanie. Sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar. Alle Unterlagen für eine reibungslose Abwicklung pünktlich und genau für den Gast bereit . Die Wohnung liegt ganz ausgezeichnet. 200 Meter zur Metro. In 15 Minuten in der Stadt. Geschäfte gleich neben dem Haus. Tiefgaragenplatz für Auto über 4.50 problematisch.

Leider bleibt die Wohnung hinter ihren Möglichkeiten weit zurück. Alles ist sehr billig eingerichtet. Die Küche ohne Abzugshaube. Billige Schränke. Ohne Spülmaschine. Kühlschrank ohne Eisfach. Alte und kaputte Töpfe. Der große Topf geht gar nicht mit Induktion. Aus dem Spülbecken ein sehr übler Geruch. Billige Matratzen im Kinderzimmer. Ein kleiner TV....Mit wenig Aufwand könnte das wirklich eine 10 sein. Aber so leider nicht.

Superbe appartement, literie à améliorer

La gentillesse et la souplesse de l'hôte pour les horaires, la grande propreté, l'espace, la cuisine, les équipements, la place au parking souterrain, la proximité du métro.

Lit, matelas et sommiers de premiers prix, inconfortables dans les 2 chambres. Lorsque vous êtes en voyage, la qualité du couchage ne peut être relégué à un bas niveau. Dommage. Le canapé lit était équipé d'un drap housse 1 place.... compliqué pour une taille de matelas 2 places. Comme nous étions 5, une cinquantaine chaises d'intérieur aurait été appréciable.

Pohodlný byt s jednoduchým, ale vkusným vybavením. Rozměrná terasa. Veškeré potřebné věci v bytě byly k dispozici. Velkou výhodou je parkovací místo v podzemních garážích k dispozici v ceně pokoje. Snadná možnost vyzvednutí klíčů a ovladače ke garáži. Velmi milá a vstřícná majitelka, která se snaž hostům maximálně vyhovět.

Okolí je zatím ve výstavbě. A pak jen opravdová maličkost: potěšilo by mléko do kávy.

La propreté des mieux la gentillesse et la réactivité de l'hôtesse. L'emplacement aussi ( à 2 mns du métro) parfait pour aller diner à Lyon le soir et revenir sans encombre. Une super adresse parfaite pour une famille de 5 comme nous.

Sait un très belle appartement, bien décorer ,une jolie terrasse agréable, la cuisine est fonctionnelle il ne manque rien, une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo est a disposition le petit espace pour prendre sont café est top , il y a de petites gourmandises à disposition , du café, du thé, les chambres sont jolies et les lits sont confortables on a très bien dormi , il y a un ventilateur dans chaque chambres ce qui est un plus La salle de bain avec baignoire et ses produits de toilette , une machine à laver avec se qu'il faut pour faire sa lessive est bien pensé Cette appartement est propre Tout est pensé pour si sentir bien Il est aux deuxième étage avec ascenseur Il y a une superette et une belle boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble nous avons passer un bon séjour Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Sehr schöne neue Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt vorbereitet!

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage am Rand von Lyon, so dass wir schnell an- und abreisen konnten. Nicht mal 2 Min. entfernt liegt die U-Bahn Station, von wo aus wir direkt ins Zentrum fahren konnten ohne Umstieg. Direkt neben der Wohnung war auch ein Supermarkt. Alles war sehr neu und gepflegt. Besonders haben wir uns über den Kaffee und die kleinen Kuchen gefreut!

Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen!

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien. Perfekt für einen stopover in Lyon! Die Metro in die City ist quasi vor der der Tür. Ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Parken inkl und unkompliziert in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben zu fünft eine Nacht dort auf dem Weg in Südfrankreich geschlafen und sind abends mit den Kindern noch mit der Metro in die Stadt gefahren. Top Preis Leistung!

Un super séjour, je recommande fortement ce logement et son hôte.

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Mélanie, le cadre, la proximité avec les commerces. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et tout confort. Mélanie est venue à 5h du matin, ce qui est exceptionnel, merci beaucoup.

Peut-être penser à mettre un ventilateur à disposition.
