A typical, fully renovated cottage with Wi-Fi, 100M from the sea, 30 minutes from Marseille. Terrace and garden, in a quiet location, with a private, enclosed parking space behind the cottage. 1 fully equipped kitchen with a picture window and a large window overlooking the sea; bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet; living room with a comfortable 140-size sofa bed and a single-person sofa bed, plus a TV. 1 bedroom with a 160-size bed. Accommodates up to 5 people. Reversible air conditioning, full range of appliances. Wi-Fi.
All rooms open onto the terrace and garden and offer ocean views.
Plancha grill and lounge chairs in the garden. Outdoor furniture on the terrace.
You can reach Niolon by train.
Numerous hiking trails along the "Côte des Douaniers" that run alongside the sea; UCPA diving center. The famous Côte Bleue railway line will take you either to L'Estaque and Marseille or all the way to Miramas via the small calanques, allowing you to leave your car behind during your stay. You can also explore the calanques by boat from Niolon. The four restaurants will delight your taste buds and invite you to their festive evenings.
All shops are 7 km away (in the town of Le Rove). The Auchan supermarket delivers groceries to Niolon.
Sheets are available for rent for 25e.

The place was everything we hoped it would be. The kitchen and sitting rooms were large and the patio was delightful. The host was very prompt with any inquiries. We ate dinner at 4 different restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk and all were wonderful. We did not have a car, but the parking space is very valuable. The swimming area right by the house was very nice and there was another bigger one just a half mile walk away.

Very cosy, clean and nice cabanon. Vraiment à 100m de la mer!... When the Parc des Calanques is closed, you don't have to worry: you have your own calanque nearby.

I had such a relaxing and peaceful stay in Niolon. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a superb terrace. Communication prior to my stay was excellent. I first visited Niolon over 10 years ago and it seems exactly the same, which is good to see! It's easy to reach by train if you're not driving, just a five minute walk from the station.In July the terrace had sun from early morning to early evening and the view of the cove and the bay of Marseille is beautiful. It's also great for watching the sky change colour over Marseille at sunset. It was so nice to be just a couple of minutes' walk away from the water when you fancy a swim! Niolon is a really good swimming/snorkelling spot as the water is so calm and clear. The property is also just a minute's walk from the small delicatessen and ice cream shop - perfect! : )

Very nice little house. Well equipped. Great view. Close to take a swim and close to a little shop. Many possibilities to take a walk at the coast.
