About this apartment rental
With a breathtaking view of the sea and a large south-facing terrace (40 m²), we welcome you to a refreshing, completely renovated apartment (also 40 m²) just a few minutes from the Côte Bleue and its coves.
We can accommodate up to six people with one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds. The photos provide more details on the layout options for the living room, bedroom, and sleeping areas.
The apartment has been completely renovated (living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms).
All furniture, appliances, and linens are brand new. The air conditioning is operated by remote control.

Regarding rates, we adapt to your needs; therefore, we charge a small additional fee for each extra person for the following reasons...
Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need to get started on your stay, including coffee, tea, herbal teas, hot chocolate, sandwich bread, butter, jam, some milk, and fruit juice in the fridge...
Cleaning of the accommodation (interior and patio) also includes washing all linens, which will be clean upon your arrival. You’ll find toiletries you may need, as well as a hair dryer, at your disposal.
You’ll understand that keeping this rental in good condition is important to us so we can continue to offer a very pleasant and trustworthy stay.
The entire rental is accessible, and you’re welcome to use the furniture, beds, and sofa beds, as well as the air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, gas stove/oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sheets, comforters, pillows, pillowcases, bath towels...
We’re always available to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

Some practical information:
- From the accommodation, a 10-minute walk downhill takes you to the beaches...
- From April 30 to October 1: A shuttle boat runs back and forth all day long across the entire Marseille harbor: Departing from L’Estaque → Vieux Port → La Pointe Rouge → Les Goudes for five euros.
The elevation of this beautiful panoramic view also helps you stay in shape—for those lucky enough not to have a car ;-)! There are several ways to get to the accommodation, depending on your needs and preferences:
- From St. Charles Station:
→ The most direct and simplest option is Uber: about 30 minutes for approximately 25 €.
→ The TER train heading toward L'Estaque. From there, L’Estaque Station is a 10–15-minute walk from the accommodation.
→ Take Metro Line 2 to the Bougainville terminus. Then take Bus Line 36 to the La Nerthe terminus (so do not take the 36B). The accommodations are 400 m away. It’s a bit of an uphill walk.
→ Take Metro Line 2 to Joliette. Then take Bus Line 35, which runs along the coast to Estaque Port. The accommodations are a 10-minute walk away. It’s a bit of an uphill walk.
- From Marignane Airport:
→ The most direct and easiest option is Uber: about 35 minutes for approximately €30.
→ Take the No. 36 bus to Bougainville, which runs every day except Sunday. Then transfer to Bus Line 36 to the La Nerthe terminal (so do not take the 36B). The accommodations are 400 m away. It’s a bit of an uphill walk.
→ Shuttle Line 91 runs daily to St. Charles Station. (Then follow the instructions above for the route from St. Charles Station).
