Frederick the owner very kind He welcomed us and explained everything to us in a pleasant way. The apartment has anything you needed even a washing machine and drayer. Very clean apartment. At first the area seemed a bit unpleasant but we quickly realized that it was perfectly fine.

Very spacious comfortable apartment close to amenities
This apartment was very spacious and bright, with two really big balconies and there was absolutely everything you would need, including kitchen utensils and even coffee for the machine, and cleaning products. They even left wine and water in the fridge for us. It looks exactly like in the photos, and there are some lovely 'homey' touches to the apartment, with really nice decor. Brilliant for a large group, with lots of space and seating for everyone. Lots of sofa/chair space, and lots of thoughtful things. The host- Fred - was very helpful, and Malika brought us extra duvets. Very responsive. The apartment is also close to the centre, which is very convenient.
The apartment and garage (not located in the building but in a street nearby) is in the 3rd arrondissement, which is not a very pleasant area. While saying that, we did feel safe walking to town, even in the evening. We found the garage a bit small so it took us some time to park, but on the other hand, it is very safe there. We got some instructions for how to get into the apartment and garage which I did find quite complicated, but in the end, there was someone there to welcome us.

L'appartement est super propre, la literie super confortable vous ne manquer de rien dans l'appartement. En ce qui concerne le quartier, vous avez tout à proximité. Je tiens à remercier Malika, qui était toujours disponible et d'une gentillesse incroyable.
Juste le fait que le garage était à cinq minutes en voiture.
