Perfect location for futuroscope

The house was lovely and much bigger than it appeared in the photos. We had everything we needed for a family stay near futuroscope. Rooms were a good size and the kitchen was well stocked. There is a nature reserve less than 10 minutes away in a picturesque village and a games park that has bowling and laser quest 5 minutes drive away. Poitiers is also worth a visit with nice resteraunts and cafes.

Bien mais salle de bain à refaire !

La proximité du Futuroscope. La possibilité de se garer. De nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité. L’appartement est grand, moderne, bien équipé avec des chambres spacieuses. Gâteaux d’accueil apprécié avec mise à disposition de café et thé.

Un appartement de 150m2 et une seule salle de bain, petite et vétuste, avec une douche étroite et de très fortes odeurs d’humidité. Et les WC sont dans cette salle de bain !!! Très très inconfortable quand on est collègue ! D’autant qu’il y a largement la place d’en faire une seconde. Malgré les points positifs évoqués nous ne reviendrons pas entre collègues de travail.

Bon séjour au Futuroscope 😊

Magnifique espace à vivre, spacieux et bien décoré y compris pour les chambres. Belle cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. Le digicode c'est top, pas de souci de clefs à récupérer ou à rendre. Lave linge à disposition bien pratique. De quoi stationner facilement dans le jardin.

Trop grand pour nous au final. Les chambres des enfants sont trop loin à mon goût de la notre, même si eux ça ne les dérangeait pas 😊 Des portes indiquants "sens interdit" mais finalement libre d'accès. J'aurai préféré qu'elles soient fermées à clef, surtout celle qui donne accès à l'appartement du dessus. Pour la porte vitrée qui donne sur le chemin commun, un rideau occultant ne serait pas de trop pour assurer la tranquillité des habitants. On a fait le test de nuit, avec la lumière dans la pièce à vivre on peut nous voir. Cabine de douche très petite, il y aurait la place pour faire une douche à l'italienne. La salle de bain fait un peu "vieillotte" en comparaison de la belle cuisine. La propreté était un peu juste aussi. Les tapis et la moquette par contre ce n'est pas top pour les allergies, de plus l'aspirateur n'est je pense pas assez puissant pour bien faire son travail. Pas de balai à disposition. Pas de clim. Par contre je n'ai pas compris pourquoi les interrupteurs pour la lumière et pour les volets électriques sont si hauts, surtout celui du volet de la cuisine qui est à peu près à 1,70 mètre. Je veux bien croire que les enfants n'iront pas les toucher 😁

Magnifique

La situation, la place de parking, la taille du logement, la propreté, les très nombreux équipements, le confort et la déco.

La lampe du couloir (avec les 2 chambres) qui s'allumait régulièrement à cause du détecteur de mouvement qui se déclenchait tout seul, même la nuit. La douche un peu petite et le gros pommeau qui ne fonctionnait pas.
