In a quiet residential area, half way stop over from calais. good kitchen facilities. private parking included. was very cheap.

We are not people who normally write a bad review but this really was a terrible stay. When I booked the pictures and reviews are not necessarily the place you end up in as there must be a few. We were in what was a 3 bedroom house, ideal area just off autoroute but..... Curtains ripped one window only has 1 half covered Blinds broken Cushions stained Kitchen cloth filthy Kitchen surface dirty Beds basic Blankets dirty Pillows terrible It's hard to explain how odd the house was, bits and pieces thrown together but not well looked after and very tired. Ps communication was all via an app I'd never heard of and I was unable to use it for basic info. Eventually I used what's app and the man was very helpful but it was stressful trying to find key codes etc. The address given when I booked turned out not to be the place we were given and you also had to pay extra to have sheets and towels. These were lovely and clean. We don't mind basic but this was unclean and pretty shocking, could be perfect with some TLC as its in a nice place with a garden and parking

Close to the Futuroscope, ideal if you have a car, clean and quiet location.

Their website Bododo was down and there was a mix up as we had the wrong address. It was quite far from the original address so we were glad to be driving.

For an entire house rent (even) in Pandemic time I would had expected at least towels in the room and the availability of a washing machine. Also the info robot for the stay (Megane) would be more usefull and effective if it had a translation option (Not everybody knows french or it's willing to use google translate on 500+ text messages) .

Emplacement idéal pour aller au Futuroscope et très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le système de boîte à clés pourrait être simplissime comme dans beaucoup de logements mais là, il faut télécharger un guide via une autre plateforme après avoir reçu 3 ou 4 mails. Puis nous sommes redirigés vers des vidéos etc ... résultat nous avons mis beaucoup de temps à trouver le code et l'hôte n'est pas très réactive pour répondre aux appels ou messages. C'est bien dommage, un simple échange par message ou via booking serait beaucoup plus simple!

Annonce mensongère

Calme, matelas du lit principal confortable

Annonce mensongère : la grande majorité des photos, qui apparaissent au début de l’annonce ne correspondent PAS à notre location. Les propriétaires entretiennent le flou alors qu’il est facile de faire une annonce séparée par location non? On me répond pas SMS que c’est booking qui a fait l’annonce, quelle mauvaise foi. Les points moins flatteurs ne sont pas pris en photos ni précisés. Il s’agit d’un garage converti en studio : le sol béton n’est pas isolé et très froid en hiver. L’électroménager de cuisine est installé dans un placard, la bouilloire posée sur une étagère planche en bois qui risque de verser. La hôte est décorative, je n’ai pas réussi à l’allumer, pas bien gênant pour nous car nous n’avons pas pris de repas sur place. Il n’y a pas d’aspirateur ! L’escalier pour accéder à l’étage est très raide et mal sécurisé : enfants et personnes âgées s’abstenir. À éviter pour les grands aussi qui doivent monter l’escalier courbés, idem pour les accéder aux toilettes et au lit principal La location n’est PAS à 500m du futuroscope mais à plus de 2km, si vous comptiez y aller à pieds pour éviter le parking payant c’est perdu. En résumé, pour dormir 1 nuit ou 2 près du futuroscope, ça fait l’affaire car pas cher. Ça ne dispense pas de faire une annonce honnête.

Arrivée tardive , il faisait froid dehors et presque aussi froid dedans , faudrais peut être mette un peu de chauffage avant l arrivée des client , machine à café c’est bien mais souvent quand ont va dans des logement y a le minimum pour en faire 1 , les photos sont belles mais c’est pas si beau que ça en vrai

J'ai aimé la situation du logement et son équipement et le rapport qualité prix.

La lumière extérieur au dessus de la porte d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas donc il était difficile de faire le code sur la boite a clés. il faudrait un éclairage au dessus du lavabo de la salle de douche. Les contacts avec la personne qui loue pendant le séjour était rapide d'ailleurs j'ai demandé une facture , car je suis en déplacement professionnel , qui m'a été promise pour la semaine suivante. La semaine suivante se terminant et n'ayant toujours pas de facture j'essaie de contacter les gérants mais ceux ci font les morts et ignorent les messages. Sans facture mon employeur refuse de m'indemniser . Donc l’hébergement sera a mes frais !!!!!!!!

La propreté de l établissement n était pas au rendez vous. Poussière dans la bouche de la vmc, barre de douche cassé impossible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche en hauteur. Le logement que nous avions réservé et vu en photo sur le site n était pas du tout le même. Problème d ouverture de fenêtre

La vaisselle était pas très propre nous avons était obligé de laver la vaisselle et à l’étage le lit pour notre fille de 4 ans les lattes du lit était retirer pas cool quand nous arrivons dans la nuit et que notre fille dormait dans la voiture il à fallu réparer le lit à notre arrivée, la baignoire difficultés à sortir l’eau de la baignoire, nous avons passer une bonne soirée, et ravis du logement comme même . 😉

La chambre a une surface d'environ 7 m2 et une hauteur de plafond de moins de 1,40 m sur environ la moitié de la surface de la chambre. L’escalier comprend un passage de 1,40m de hauteur. Le parking n’était pas accessible car occupé par la voiture du logement voisin. Pas de lumière extérieure. Je tiens à disposition les photos de tous ces points. Ce logement est peut être destiné uniquement à des personnes de petite taille, inférieure à 1,4m.

Gite famille

L'espace de vie, cuisine et zone de jeu, étaient très agréables, les lits sont confortables, nous y avons très bien dormi. La terrasse et le jardin, un petit plus pour continuer à profiter du beau temps et le fil à linge, très pratique après le retour de l'aquascope. A proximité du futurocope, une demi-heure à pied, c'est un emplacement idéal. Échange fluide avec le propriétaire qui répond très rapidement. Nous conseillons ce logement pour les familles.

Maison avec des équipements qui ont du vécu. Mais passé cette première approche de ce côté ancien, on s'y sent bien. Il peut être judicieux d'ajouter des boîtes de conservation ou film étirable pour mise au frigo ou micro ondes. Le parking devant la maison est très étroit. Cependant on peut se garer facilement dans la rue.

Une maison entière avec un jardin et une terrasse, sans oublier la climatisation. Nickel !

L'adresse sur le site ne correspondait pas à l'adresse du logement, ce qui fait que nous nous sommes retrouvés devant une maison occupée. C'était de ma faute, je n'avais pas eu le temps de lire tous mes messages et SMS du loueur. Après avoir trouvé la bonne maison, la propreté n'était pas complètement au rendez-vous (chips sur le canapé, ...). Mais bon, ce n'était que pour une nuit.
