All very fresh and new. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Quiet area.
Couldn't work out the heating system. Not really a problem as only chilly night & morning. Could be a problem in colder weather.

Location perfect,lovely and quiet.
Very hard bed,so uncomfortable.Both got very little sleep all week.
Cobwebs between sofa and unit…feathers coming out of cushions and hanging in cobwebs.

Lovely, clean and basically brand new with everything you need for a perfect stay!
Lovely touches and tastefully decorated.
We were glad we had a car as a little hilly but only a few minutes drive from lyme regis seafront/town and shops-this didn't affect us but may do if you don't have access to a car.
Can't comment on owners as everything went smoothly and no need to contact but details were provided promptly by the agency that let the property out and were easy to understand.
We were left lots of information on local areas, pubs, shops etc and the house was extremely well equipped, stylish and comfortable
