Bijou Suites Monami

We stayed at this property for 7 nights, and it was amazing! Last year, we stayed at a 5-star hotel just one block away, but because we were staying for a week, having access to an oven, microwave, washer, and dryer made all the difference. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the location was fantastic—central to everything we wanted to see and do. There was a konbini directly across the road, which was incredibly convenient for picking up snacks, drinks, and other essentials at any time. The train station was also within easy walking distance, making it simple to get around. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, and the instructions for accessing the key were very detailed, making check-in simple and stress-free. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The only suggestion we have is regarding the pillows. For our preference, the two supplied pillows were a little too flat, so having additional pillows and some firmer options available would make the stay even more comfortable.

Apartment was spacious and modern and in a great location. Overall, it was really good. Great facilities too.

Instructions to get key was confusing. Also there was hair all over the floor upon arrival which was not pleasant to walk into. The couch was also incredibly uncomfortable, and after a long day of walking you want a nice play to chill before bed.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano (2F, camera 201) di un condominio. La procedura di check-in e check-out è un po' un rompicapo ma si riesce a fare tranquillamente, basta leggere molto bene le istruzioni che si riceve. L'appartamento è molto grande, ben arredato, pulitissimo e piena di suppellettili e con molti comfort: lavatrice, phon, piastre varie per i capelli (felicità per una donna...), cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Camera da letto un po' piccola rispetto a tutto il resto dell'appartamento in quanto c'è un divano e un armadio che tolgono parecchio spazio. E' vicinissimo ad un convenience store della Family Mart e si può comprare un po' di tutto per prepararsi una colazione, un pranzo o una cena. Non è troppo lontano dalla zona di Namba e a piedi si arriva facilmente sino al quartiere Dotonbori. Vicino c'è la Namba station e ci si può spostare facilmente per tutta Osaka.

La piccola finestra della camera da letto non si può aprire: si sente la puzza della cucina del ristorante di sotto dalle 16 sino alle 22; anche se la finestra rimane chiusa comunque un po' l'odore delle spezie del Curry Giapponese entra lo stesso.
