Bijou Suites Monami

Fantastic sized property with comfortable living space separate from bedroom. Location location location, close to everything and anything else jump on at the many train stations nearby. There are no staff on site, but responses were quickly responsed to on the booking.com app.

Lovely big modern apartment with a comfy bed, clean living room and in an excellent location close to Namba. I personally really appreciated that this place was set up for 1-2 people rather than cramming multiple beds into the space. The washer dryer is also very useful when traveling for a longer period.

If I'm being picky it would have been useful to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and the check-in process for getting the key is a little tricky. But neither would stop me from staying again.

The space in the room is very spacious, great for 2 adults and 1 child. A separate living room gave us extra space for luggage. The sofa and dining table is great for relaxing after long days. Everything in the room is well maintained, the cleanliness is top notch. All necessary amenities provided, particularly the ReFa hair dryer. The washing machine and dryer is superb and makes our trip so easy in summer. We could pack less clothes and more space for shipping. The location is also very convenient, close to everything in Namba. I would stay here again for sure for my next Osaka trip.

they key situation is a litle complicated, we assisted a guest as-well the next day who did not got received his e mail with the key instructions. he had lukely a phone so he could call, but there is no way he could use internet and contact them, as all contact information is on the door to and in the room, but if you outside you cannot get that. so that needs improvement. great location, very clean, quiet and high quality materials.
