Host is amazing, paying attention to every detil and going even above the expectations.

The appreciate was modern and new amenities. The bed was comfortable and easy access via an electronic keypad. The host provided drinks, coffee pods, and other goodies. Very clean. Good comfy towels. Location was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bus stop to plaza Mayor was a few meters from the apartment. The metro was 10-12 minute walk. Accommodation in centro is expensive compared to places a bit further away. We used the bus to go around. Taxis are cheaper than Uber and Bolt.

The hotel is clean and the kitchen is functioning well. The hotel staff are friendly through WhatsApp. Overall, it is still decent to stay here as this is a residential area of Madrid. You can see many people doing sports and walk the dogs.

If you are fine to climb the bed, it's fine. The hotel is located in a residential area. It's not at the central city of Madrid. It's 2.5km to the city centre. We tried to walk to the city centre on the first day. It took about 50 mins because this hotel is located at the downhill of the city. The city centre of Madrid is on a steep uphill area. We have to take Uber or Bolt to the city centre, so it costs us more. Buses are available but you need to be familiar with the route. The supermarkets around this hotel closed at about 10:30pm, thus we need to take note of that. If you need to go to the main train station or airport, you must feature in another 20 mins for your travelling time due to the distance and traffic. There is not washing machine in the room.
