La amplitud y la distribución. Con los dos baños, mayor comodidad. De aspecto, parece más o menos nuevo. Hay comunicación cercana directa con el centro de la ciudad en unos 20-30 minutos. Barrio tranquilo y sin muchos ruidos por la noche.
Menaje muy básico y en algunos casos sucio. Toallas, las justas (una por persona y mediana. La misma para ducha, cara y manos). Alfombra para la ducha, no hay o no vimos. No hay trapos de cocina. Camas no muy cómodas, lo mismo las almohadas. Sin sábanas, solo nórdico. Comunica el salón-cocina con una de las habitaciones y se oye todo.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied, à 10mn d'une bouche de métro. 2sdb, idéal pour 4 personnes.
Logement propre, il manque cependant d'ustensiles pour la cuisine. Par exemple, il y a un four mais aucun plat à four!
