calidad-precio, atención recibida y saber que te contestarán si pasa algo, flexibilidad y comprensión para el check in (muy importante por si hay retrasos en transporte), minimalismo de habitaciones, limpieza, orden, que te den a tu disposición toallas y otros elementos, que te pregunten si todo está bien o pueden mejorar algo durante tu estancia...
ventilación del baño da a ventana interna que podría estar más limpia y mejor tratada. pero es el único "pero" y estoy segura que con lo atentos que son lo arreglarán :) Tras nuestra grata experiencia, repetiríamos sitio seguro si volvemos a Madrid!

La ubicación por el precio era muy buena ya que tenía muy cerca el ingreso al metro y líneas de buses que nos acercaban a la ciudad, lugares turísticos.
No tengo nada para quejarme.

- Emplacement top, proche du métro ou du bus -Francisco est à l’écoute -Endroit calme -Restaurant juste au pied de l’immeuble -Dia (courses) à moins 10 minutes à pied -Climatisation
Entretien de l’appartement à revoir (le volet de la cuisine de s’ouvre pas, le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, beaucoup de traces sur les murs..)
