Moderno refugio en Madrid

The apartment was very comfortable for five people, with two bathrooms and toilets, which made our stay very convenient. It was well equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and an iron. Overall, it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff was not available by phone when we needed assistance. Upon arrival, we struggled to open the entrance door, which appeared to be stuck, and we were left waiting outside for around 15 minutes before we managed to get in. Additionally, one of the windows did not close properly, so we could clearly hear the noise from outside. Another window did not have a blind or blackout curtain, which allowed a lot of light into the room early in the morning. These issues did affect our stay.

A közelben vannak mélygarázsok, ott napidíjasan érdemes helyet bérelni, úgy nagyon kényelmes. A szállás árához hozzá kell számolni kb. 20€-t/nap, de több napra kedvezményesebb.

Csak a bejutás volt nehéz. A kulcs oké, forgatja a zárat csak a végén nem nyílik az ajtó. Telefonálgatás és üzengetés során sem voltak képesek annyit kinyögni, hogy húzd magad felé az ajtót, amikor nyitod a zárat. Magunktól kellett rájönnünk.

Clean, had a good kitchen (fridge and freezer are perks) and the washing machine worked well. Within a minute walk from the bus stop when returning from the city center. Bus access when going to city center is about a 5 minute walk over the highway. Good water pressure.

Noise levels and host not responding when I had issues using the key to check in. Odor as well. The door requires some pulling to get it to open, during a hot day it can be stuck. I asked 3 people who were walking by for help, they could not open it either so it wasn't just me. Host didn't respond to my help for entering the unit until about 2 hours later. Regarding noise- I had brought earplugs to handle the dance studio. Even with earplugs you can physically feel the beat. However, I was more bothered by the noise from the people in the adjoining unit. The guests on the other side were awake and conversing loudly from 2-4am. It didn't feel private and you can see light coming through the door, as if they were in the apartment with me. You can hear them clear their throat, put forks on their plates, their alarm. Bring earplugs just in case. Odor: increasingly bad sewage/ gas sort of smell from the bathroom as the days went by. The shower isn't leveled up correctly so water seeps and contributes to a moisture problem. Drain flies and the odor all suggest some kind of plumbing issue. Minor things I thought were odd: no towel hooks or toilet paper holder in the main bathroom.
