Alright place. Poor management.

The location is quite good. It's close to the beaches and the restaurants.

Checking in was quite a struggle. There is nobody at the place so you end up ringing a bell that nobody answers. When you finally get a hold of someone, they make you wait for codes - this could have been sent directly by email in advance. We arrived quite late at night and wanted to leave our bags for a bit the next day, at first they said it was fine and we wouldn't get charged, then suddenly the next day we were told we could only do it for 2 hours. We were also strictly forbidden from using the common areas. I would not come back. This is not how guests should be treated.

Don’t ask the staff to call a taxi. They called a “friend of the house” who took advantage of my situation to get to the bus terminal on time and ripped me off. 150MXN for 200m drive.

Le logement est ok mais pas si bien situé.

La personne avec qui je communiquais n'a pas apprécié que je bénéficie d'une réduction Genius. Elle a essayé de me faire annuler et payer plus cher en CB ou la même chose en cash: pour éviter la commission Booking. J'ai refusé et ensuite elle a essayé de me soutirer de l'argent en prétextant des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires !!! Elle était en plus de ça assez désagréable. Pour ces raisons, je ne recommanderai pas car cette personne est malhonnête et n'hésitera pas à essayer de vous surfacturer. A éviter...
