Okay but quite expensive for what you get, extremely loud

The location was close to the swimable beaches (but not 3 minutes as it says on the description), walking distance to centro, the bed was really comfortable, the kitchenette was well stocked, tap water was safe to drink

The address on the booking isn’t right, I had to walk the rest of the way after I got the taxi with all my luggage. You have to wash your pots from cooking in the bathroom sink. There was no dish washing liquid or hand soap, although I asked and was brought hand soap. I was woken up at 5am every single morning and kept awake at night by very loud bangs, shouting, and screaming children. It’s ridiculously loud in here and there seems to be an open vent in the bathroom that leads directly to the upstairs apartment, who insisted on playing instruments at all hours of the day and shouting at their screaming children. It was so loud here that I never got a true rest and I actually left a day early. I told the host this and he couldn’t seem to care less, would have been nice to have even been offered a slight discount for the night I didn’t use since it cost me an extra £50. The internet was mostly reliable but my data absolutely did not work here so it was very difficult to get around outside the apartment with no access to maps. There was also remenants of the previous guest in the shower and lots of dust fell from the fan when I turned it on. A half empty water bottle was left in the fridge

We found the room a little worn down and overpriced. It was fine for a few days but I wouldn’t book again.

The location was great.

It wasn’t outfitted with basics and there were things lacking. No batteries in the safe so it was unusable, 1 beach towel although there were 2 of us, no frying pans or spatula. When I requested these items, it took over 24 hours for them to come to our room. I understand, there was an accident with the person delivering the items however, I saw other cleaning people in the building. Boris was communicating with me but responses were slow. The kitchen area was surface clean, but everything had to be scrubbed before we could use it. There was a layer of grime on everything. The room is very small. I was doing some work while I was there, and the Internet connectivity is sporadic (common in the area), and the workspace was very small and not very comfortable.

La cercanía con las mejores playas, restaurantes y av Benito Juárez, muy limpio, elegante, y con instalaciones de lujo. Ubicado en una de las mejores colonias exclusivas de Puerto escondido con alberca, agua caliente, caja fuerte y utensilios de cocina. Aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. Muy bonito y cómodo, absolutamente nada de ruido en las habitaciones. Simplemente fantástico.

Todo estaba de primera categoría.
