We loved it and would stay here again!

Location great, property clean, well maintained, pool was fabulous too!

Only issue we had was communication about everything at the property- how to empty trash, get clean towels, drinking water, do laundry etc Most places we stay like this have a binder, notebook, laminated piece of paper with instructions and that would help immensely!

Great location with océan view, close to restaurants and beaches. Nice pool and clean room.

We can not recommend apartment no. 7 since it has no view and it is noisy due to construction works at the back. The curtains in apartment no. 3 are so thin that the lights from outside (the corridor, permanent lighting) disturb the whole night. Would be great to get normal curtains in the room.

Homey and relaxed condo

Loved this place, very relaxed and homely, great holiday vibe. The pool is extremely clean. Each unit has an outdoor area with table and chairs and a hammock. The accommodation is basic but really well equipped - lots of utensils and electronics in the kitchen, a big TV, good shower. 15 minutes walk in each direction from great beaches (one with surfing, the other with baby turtles). There's access to water and washing machine/dryer so long as you have change. It's a bit shabby compared to a new place but for us that made it feel more relaxed. Would love to spend a week or two here.

Be aware it's a long walk to a decent supermarket and 10/15.mins walk to a cafe or beach but this wasn't a problem for us

Fantastic place

Super location at a great price! The whole apartment is very spacious, everything you need is available (no microwave but who needs one anyway), the best was the pool (good size) since it was 10 ft from our door, my kids had a fantastic time. A good location with a short driving distance to everything. Very close to great restaurants, cafeterias and bakeries. We are planning to return.

Beds can be improved and the stove really needs an upgrade (it's functional but could be better).

Great place to stay, if you want to be away from hustle and bustle of Puerto

Great views, quite neighbourhood with lovely restaurants nearby. Approximately 15mins drive to centre of Puerto Escondido. Family friendly, great pool, clean and tidy.

Couch cushions could be more comfortable with thicker cushions, they are quite firm but all in all it’s not a deal breaker.

Lots of potential.

The condos are very good looking and comfortable. It was clean. It was large enough to accommodate a family of 4

Power went off 3 days in a row. I understand that things happen but the difference is when the owner/management gets involved to find solutions. My wife was very uncomfortable and it became very hot. 2 bad nights , no siesta and we had to dine out twice. It must have been well over 36 C one night. Honestly the lack of support killed it for us. 3 really bad days out of 10. Of it hadn’t been of this situation, I would have given it a 8 maybe 9.

Not Exactly as Listed but still a good apartment

Great location and nice flat that is walking distance to many things. We liked not being in the main tourist area (it was only a short taxi ride to it) and walking distance to beaches

It was in-between an independent apartment and a poorly supplied hotel/motel. There is very little communication about the facilities and its basically figure it out yourself. There were no brooms or cleaning supplies or extra trash bags in the apartment but they didn't clean every day (they came one time during our week long stay) - either give us what we need to clean or offer cleaning more often in such a sandy environment. Also the listing said the apartment had a washing machine and it does not. There is apparently normally one in a common area according to posted signs (which also lists an additional charge) but while we were there it was just a space with hoses and missing the machine. When we messaged to inquire about suggestions since we had packed based on having a washing machine, we got no reply which felt pretty rude (we ended up going to a laundromat to wash our clothes but to be ignored was insulting). There was drinking water but it said it was a charge to refill, which again felt like nickel-and-diming on top of a solid nightly rate we were already paying. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay but needs to decide what level of service it is offering and make it clear in the listing and pricing.

Wonderful stay with great facilities

We had a fabulous stay! We arrived super early in the morning and were able to check in straight away. Beautiful apartment with two big rooms, nice bathroom and wonderful kitchen / dining space. The facilities were great too - we could do laundry, access drinking water, and we loved the pool and hammock. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and beaches! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a beautiful, private property. We loved the ease of getting to town and the beaches without the crowds.

We felt like the property could benefit with some more comfortable seating, better lighting and a king size bed. All told, the bed was plenty of comfortable and the property owner was very clear that it had two queen size beds (no king).

Very comfortable and safe location.

The location was within walking distance to surfing and relaxing beaches spots. Being off the main roadways, the property was quiet and private with high walls and lush beautiful trees, plants and flowers. There were excellent dining options within walking distance. An easy taxi ride distance from Zicatella and La Punta, popular beach spots for surfing, nightlife, dining, shopping etc. The pool was clean and perfect for the relaxing when hanging at the property. Laundry service was available making traveling lite, that much easier.
