1 night stay close to el cafecito

We loved the set up, beds were dreamy, perfect for one night stay. Even couches were comfy to sleep on. Stairs to get to our room, not an issue for us but in case others were wondering. A/c worked great, wi-fi was mid level.

the only value was the location

Host was non responsive to phone calls or email. The apartment is advertised as having two king beds. it has one king bed and a queen bed. The sheets on the king bed had fresh blood stains when I went to use the bed. There is no cooling system in the living room. The instructions for the wifi weren't correct on the manual. I had to go up to the host apartment to get the correct code, wifi is fast at all.

Very well arranged, you can find everything what is needed for a comfy stay. Very well equipped kitchen. Host was very supportive and the maintenance team was very helpful. What might be important for families - you have unlimited access to the washing machine and dryer. Nice shadowed pool, where you can rest from the sun.

Wifi is not enough for efficient work, but you can find great co-work near by.

El departamento está muy lindo y muy cerca de las playas, incluso en la esquina del departamento hay una plaza donde tienes una oferta variada de comida. El personal de la casa siempre fue muy amable y servicial. El lugar es perfecto si vas con niños pequeños o con amigos. Todo funcionaba muy bien dentro del departamento. Si algún día regreso a Puerto Escondido, volvería a este sitio lindo para descansar y pasarla muy bien

La señal del internet no es muy buena, pero si la idea es descansar y despejarte de todo, está bien.

Coupure d'eau, sans solution ni compensation

Nous avons réservé ce logement deux nuits pour un groupe de 5 adultes. Non seulement il ne correspondait pas à l'annonce (lit manquant, draps et serviettes sales, surface mensongère, piscine non privative), mais nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude, puis plus d'eau courante du tout. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvé sans eau, ni pour se doucher, ni pour faire la vaisselle ou simplement tirer la chasse.... Nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse satisfaisante du responsable de l'établissement, ni de booking. Il est donc inutile de dire que nous avons passé un séjour catastrophique. A fuir !
