Over all the stay was great value for money. Exceptionally nice owners and would always go back if we stay in Felixstowe

The property was quirky and well thought out. The hosts had literally thought of everything we might need for our stay. It’s very cute and cosy. There’s a lot fitted in a small space.

It’s maybe a tad cramped and there is not much space beside the bed which was fine for us but larger people may struggle a little. Stairs steeper than usual to the top floor conversion.

Nice little home from home, great base for our stay.

Lovely hosts, made us feel welcome and had everything we needed for our stay.

We arrived quite late so parking was a bit hard to find, however when we got to the property the owner had kindly moved his car, however if this was communicated beforehand that would have been ideal.

As I was cycling the coastline of Essex/Suffolk, St Elmo was just what I needed!

Fabulous modern studio upstairs, tastefully decorated & well maintained to a high spec. Jo & Christian had thought of everything. Super comfy bed too. Great location. Big thanks for a warm welcome to Felixstowe:-)

Cosy comfortable accommodation in good location

Was ideal for my needs.

Rang four times on door bell over a few minutes to no answer. However someone arrived to let me in just after that. Tbf I hadnt said an exact time of arrival.

Lovely self contained attic area, with separate lounge area with kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room Attention to detail throughout was exceptional. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend

When I arrived at property, the owner was friendly and made me feel welcome, I enjoyed my stay at the B&B.

On the road for 200 days on a charity challenge and this is the best place yet.

An absolute gem of a place. The room occupied the attic space and includes a small lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom and en-suite. The attention to detail is the best I’ve ever seen. Bread, tea, coffee, fresh milk and much more provided. Super hosts. The conversion has been completed to a high standard. Great value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent stay at St Elmo. Very comfortable room and made very welcome by the hosts Christian & Jo.. Have stayed there a number of times and can highly recommend if you need a room in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Christian and Jo were extremely welcoming but never intrusive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The room was really comfortable and I loved the way it was decorated. I felt instantly at home there, and relaxed.
