A welcome and inviting Hotel that is very well appointed and an excellent restaurant.
My wife and I had a small 2 night break at Hotel Coco in Felixstowe as a convalescent recovery from an operation I recently had, we were made very welcome by David and the staff. Room was spotless and clean and very well appointed, bed was large and comfortable we had the deluxe double room which was facing the road on the corner of the property, tea coffee making facilities plus a large TV. Shower was lovely and modern and had monsoon head plus standard head. Room was warm in february. We had one meal in Marco Pierre White restaurant which was superb too. Breakfast was also excellent, all the food was cooked fresh and made with obvious care, Big shout out to David who made us feel very welcome and had the right amount of attentiveness without going over the top. Would definitely recommend Hotel Coco and would not hesitate to go back there on a future break.

Excellent stay, would recommend!
Lovely clean and comfortable room. The room wasn't overly spacious, but had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again when I return to Felixstowe. Thank you!
I can't say I didn't like this, but the room was very warm. It was easily fixed by turning down the radiator, but with my 'eco head' on, I would prefer it to have been cooler and we could have always turned the thermostat up.

Food in the restaurant. Evening meal and service fabulous.Staff friendly and helpful. Promptly provided a heater for the room. Location to seafront.
Freezing cold room the first night.Draughty windows despite refurbished rooms. Little atmosphere. Incorrectly told of breakfast dining times and couldn’t get breakfast. No manager available to speak to. Poor standard of finish in bedroom. Pencil marks on the bathroom wall from fitting of splash board in bathroom. Loose tap. Damaged bathroom mirror. Crickle window frames need secondary glazing. Very Loud music at 6.45am on Sunday morning for an hour. We were above the restaurant and it sounded like it came from there.

Good location, helpful staff
We had a problem with the first room (the windows couldn’t be opened and it was stiflingly hot) but the staff went out of their way to find us another room. Large, comfortable beds. Nespresso type coffee machine and a room.
The bathroom was a little tired but i think they’re still renovating
