Appartamento spazioso e accessoriato

I arrived late. I had forgotten to read all the emails the host sent me (totally my fault but I have been travelling for weeks and have hundreds of emails to read!). They were delightful and helped me get in and were very good-humoured about it.

Self check-in is a big advantage. The apartment has good potential: it is spacious, has all the necessary amenities, and the towels and bedding are of normal quality. Easy communication with the host, who was often responsive.

The air conditioner (Beco) in the bedroom does not cool the room at all (a regular fan would actually be more effective). During the summer, it gets extremely hot, and the apartment becomes very uncomfortable because of the heat. In addition, the Beko air conditioner requires the exhaust hose to be placed out of the window. This means the bedroom window has to remain open, but it faces a busy road. As a result, the traffic noise is so loud that it is very difficult to sleep. The metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, which can feel quite long in the summer heat, so it is worth keeping this in mind. There is no microwave and no dishwasher. The shower area is very small. The shower curtain could also be shortened, as it currently drags on the floor. The towel hooks in the bathroom are inconveniently placed and are too far away from the shower.
