Clean and safe apartment. The jacuzzi was a really nice addition. Even though the railway was right next to the apartment, it wasn’t a problem at all—the soundproofing is excellent.

Misleading name of the property. Jacuzzi is not included in the price. Host anticipated that there were 2 options when booking I haven’t seen them. I think it can be misleading for many people.

The apartment and furniture appear new

• Misleading Advertising: Despite the name "Open Space - Garden & Jacuzzi" and the photos, the host informed me after booking that the jacuzzi requires an extra €70 fee or I should cancel. No compromise was reached even for a single day use. • Poor Hygiene: While it looks clean on the surface, the inside was neglected; the trash cans inside the cabinets were full, and there was old ice cream left in the freezer. • Extreme Noise: Soundproofing is non-existent. I could clearly hear neighbors until 11:30 PM, a dog barking in the next room, and every footstep in the hallway. The building is also very close to a noisy train line. • Complex Access: Entering and exiting is a hassle, requiring codes for two external doors and downloading a specific app just to open the apartment door.
