A lovely place to stay in a lovely town.

The location was fabulous, right in the middle of the old town and so close to the station. The room had everything you needed and was clean and the small touches of the cookies and hand made soap were lovely.

I think the instructions for the door could be better. If they mentioned something along the lines of don’t push the key all the way in, allow it to have some looseness then turn to the right up to 5 times, that would have been helpful. Also there were no instructions for the Wi-Fi and for the whole time I was there I could not get it to work despite asking for assistance twice and not hearing back.

Check in online was horrible. The website required all the info of my life and took more then 15 minutes to complete for 2. At the end i meet the owner and that check in was useless i could have payed the city tax by cash to her. Having to sleep with the light on was another no point.

Camera pulita e accogliente, staff molto cordiale, zona perfetta in pieno centro storico

L'assoluta assenza di insonorizzazione, sia con l'ambiente esterno che con le stanze confinanti, e la porta antica che ha degli spifferi importanti che fanno si che oltre a sentirsi i rumori entri anche il freddo

Le informazioni su Booking secondo me non sono correttissime, il prezzo è indicato con tasse incluse, ma la tassa di soggiorno è richiesta in più. Normalmente quando è così, al momento del pagamento si paga l'importo ridotto della tassa. Poi, ok il check in fatto in autonomia, ma tutte le volte viene almeno lasciato un contatto telefonico per eventuali urgenze. Qui solo contatti tramite Booking.

Angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt in sehr zentraler Umgebung.

Super Lage der Unterkunft, sehr Zentral gelegen. Romantisch und wie beschrieben. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da, darum passt es sehr. Erwachten am frühen Morgen vor 5 Uhr mal, weil der Nachbar oben uns aufstand. Das Haus ist ringhörig. Aber alles okey.

Bella Italia vom Feinsten!

Das Zimmer ist liebevoll ausgestattet mit kleinen Details...Süsser Willkommensgruß, die Frotteewäsche hübsch aufgemacht, wunderschön das bestickte Bettlinnen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben rasch auf Fragen reagiert und zeigten sich flexibel: Wir konnten früher das Gepäck reinstellen und später auschecken. Tolles traditionelles italienisches Haus mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof- ruhig und zentral. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Die Details zum check in (Schlüsselcode, genaue Adresse) kamen spät....erst am Abend vor der Abreise.
