The location is great with a 3 min walk to the center. Lovely home away from home.

Very poor value for money – disappointing experience

The location is fine, though be aware that the church bells start ringing very loudly at 7 AM – not ideal for light sleepers.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor, and it feels like the focus is only on earning money, not on providing a good guest experience. Cleanliness was an issue – we found hair on the pillow and in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, and according to a review from January, this problem has existed for months without being fixed. The toilet brush was in terrible condition. There were also no toiletries provided – no soap, no shampoo – even though these were listed as included. We arrived after a long journey and had to shower with just water. Completely unacceptable. The kitchen was barely equipped: only one small pot and a frying pan. It's hard to understand why basic improvements haven't been made. These are low-cost fixes, yet nothing seems to be addressed. We definitely won’t return. Unfortunately, it seems the owner does not care about guest comfort at all.

Great location, roomy place. Some better kitchen gear would make it perfect!

Great location near the old city center. Roomy apartment including 2 small terraces and great view to the mountains.

No wifi (although that was mentioned in the description). Poorly equipped kitchen (nothing for coffee - isn't this Italy?), only one small cooking pot; if you're planning for a long stay you better bring your gear.

La posizione era comoda da raggiungere e molto vicina al centro. La casa molto bella ed accogliente. Facile e comodo il check in

Non mi è stato possibile interagire con il proprietario ne prima della vacanze (per cheidere conferma) ne dopo in quanto abbiamo dimenticato dei pantaloni di mia figlia e avrei avuto bisogno di chiedere a lui di recuperarli ma nonostante io chiamassi varie volte e scrivessi su whatsapp non mi hai MAI risposto. non mi sembra un bel comportamento con un cliente che ti paga e non poco.

Porta doccia non permette facile accesso. Prodotti bagno non sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Cuscini divano letto poco confortevoli. Pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata.

Un alloggio nel cuore di Domodossola, vicino alla stazione quindi comodo per il treno Centovalli. Pulito, tranquillo. Ottima comunicazione con l'host.

Unica pecca i cuscini, consiglio vivamente di fornirne di nuovi!!!

pavimenti sporchi, asse del water rotto, cestino del bagno pieno di rifiuti; asciugacapelli mancante benché ci sia la scatola. Nessun kit di benvenuto(caffè , the). Divano letto vecchio e materasso disastrato. Niente scopa e paletta. Nessuna risposta dal sig. Gianluca su wa ai miei messaggi. Riscaldamento della camera da letto insufficiente.

Banheira entupida com porta a deixar passar água para fora. Apesar de haver muito material na cozinha, todos os utensílios estavam sujos. Quadro com potência contratada insuficiente.

Scarsa pulizia, sopratutto le stoviglie. Non c'erano: tovaglioli o carta assorbente, olio d'oliva, né ASCIUGACAPELLI. Quest'ultimo è stato segnalato al gestore che però nei fatti non l'ha procurato e HO DOVUTO COMPRARLO.

Appartamento molto pulito, di recente ristrutturazione, in pieno centro storico a Domodossola. Check-in online e chiavi in box: tutto ok. Letti comodi, bel mobilio. Parcheggio pubblico a pochi minuti.

Veramente molto pulita, curata nei particolari moderni.Cucina ben fornita, apprezzata la macchina da caffé. Letti comodissimi, apprezzata la presenza di due TV ( una per camera) cosí come il climatizzatore. Molto apprezzata la presenza di un piccolo "safe" a muro (mai a disposizione in altre strutture). Quartiere ben fornito, leggermente fuori dal caos turistico ma ugualmente a pochi passi dal centro.

Wenn das Badezimmer sauber gewesen wäre, ein fantastisches Domizil.

Die Lage war toll, mitten in der Stadt, sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt neben der Kirche, um 7.00 fangen die Glocken an zu läuten, uns hat es nicht gestört, wir fanden es idyllisch. Es war sehr unkompliziert und gut beschrieben wie wir zur Wohnung und an den Schlüssel kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht sauber, es lagen noch Haare im Abfluss vom Vormieter, das WC war auch nicht sauber geputzt. Schade war, das nur eine Portion Duschmittel(obwohl im Beschrieb vermerkt),vorhanden war, sonst hätten wir mitgenommen). Dafür gab es drei Duschhauben!

L'unico suggerimento riguarda il ritiro della chiave, la box è posizionata troppo in alto, una persona di altezza media avrebbe difficoltà ad effettuare le varie operazioni, inoltre è un pò difettosa

Knus appartement met comfortabele bedden

Hele mooie inrichting, alles nieuw! Mooi uitzicht op de oude kerk en heel centraal gelegen. De kerkklokken beginnen (pas) om 7 uur in de ochtend en dan 1 keer in het uur, wij vonden dat prima te doen :) Je kijkt ook uit op het terras van de onderburen, maar die waren heel vriendelijk en gingen rond 23.00 uur naar binnen, dus ook daar geen last van gehad.

Voor zover we konden zien is er geen Airco. Toen we binnenkwamen was het best warm, maar als je alle deuren en ramen open zet waait het snel door.
