Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a mold on the bathroom celing.

Towels were super old, not decent soap or any toiletries for shower. No coffee or any biscuit or tea. No reception or anyone greeting.

Excellent for a short or medium stay as a couple, especially when travelling by train.

Very good option when travelling by train, since the apartment is in easy walking distance to the railway station. Also the city center is close, with lots of shopping, restaurants, museums etc. The apartment is quiet and spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Easy communication with helpful host via Whatsapp.

Some shelf or box to conveniently store the suitcases on would be great, especially if you do not want to unpack everything.

bright, modern, clean and reasonably quiet apartment close to railway station and town centre

old, lumpy sheet and pillow on bed, mattress, very limited kitchen utensils (1 blunt knive, no towels)

Exceptional

Alice is a very friendly host, she came to the train station to show us the way to the apartment. The apartment is very clean; it is perfect for hikers who want to use the public transport in the area, since the train station and the bus station are very close (but you still can´t hear the trains and the buses). Also the beautiful city center is just a five minute walk away.

A lovely start to our Italian stay!

Good facilities and plenty of space, small kitchen area but adequate for a short stay. Lovely big bathroom. Nice view of the mountains. Friendly hostess who quickly answers your questions and offers advice.

The slats in the bed frame kept falling out. Uncomfortable duvet (to me) as the feathers poked me often.

Very clean and comfortable apart. Very close to train station, gr8 localization . Comfortable bed and fast wifi. Full equipped kitchen.

Alice brother dont speak English well so have been A Little troubles to pick up The keys. No hairdryer. Fridge dont freeze enough ( water is falling from freezer ).

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione di Domodossola, casa con alcuni pezzi di arredamento vecchio belli, casa ben riscaldata. Presenza del microonde

Purtroppo casa molto umida, la stanza aveva scrostato tutta la parete alla base del muro. Cuscini scomodi. Non ho potuto fare il caffè perché non sono riuscita ad accendere il fornello... Non avevo un accendino con me e non ho trovato nulla in casa per accendere.

Soluzione ideale per una gita nei dintorni!

La posizione è eccellente: parcheggio gratuito, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni, casa pulita, essenziale ma accogliente. La nostra host è stata disponibile e gentile!

Un po' più di cura potrebbe rendere un soggiorno piacevole e indimenticabile.

La posizione era fantastica, molto vicino alla stazione e al centro di Domodossola e la proprietaria è stata disponibile a rispondere a quesiti su WhatsApp

L'appartamento non era sporco ma dava l'idea di non essere ben curato. Ho trovato polvere, vicino al divano, i piatti nel mobile della cucina sono stati messi via bagnati e il letto aveva cuscini imbarazzanti e sacco piumone sintetico un po' approssimativo con lenzuola poco curate ma tutto pulito. Gli asciugamani sulla lavatrice erano puliti ma molto usati, qualcuno macchiato, e la tavoletta del wc pulita ma rovinata. Punto davvero negativo : l'odore di umido che si è percepito da subito appena entrato nell'appartamento benché la proprietaria si è curata di fare trovare le finestre basculanti aperte e la casa un po' arieggiata. Il muro della camera era scrostato come se ci fosse stata un' infiltrazione che penso sia la causa dell odore percepita in appartamento. Spero che questa recensione sia vista come spunto costruttivo per migliorare. Perché di per sé l appartamento ha del potenziale.

Bell'alloggio ma migliorabile la comunicazione

Posizione vicinissima alla stazione. Alloggio grande, in un bel contesto e ben tenuto: una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, una sala con angolo cottura e un divano letto matrimoniale. Abbastanza pulito. Stoviglie disponibili. La macchina da caffè è una moka. Self check-in facile.

Funzionamento dello scarico del wc in modo artigianale (si utilizza una matita per far andare l'acqua). Il piano cottura si accende con i fiammiferi (che non c'erano e non ci sono stati forniti anche se richiesti). Per il divano letto in sala c'è una leggerissima copertina. Sarebbe stato gradito un ulteriore piumone che, però, era nell'armadio chiuso con un lucchetto. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata efficance fino all'ingresso nell'appartamento e poi totalmente inesistente.

Alcune mancanze

La casa è in una buona posizione. Alice è stata molto gentile e disponibile, anche nel proporci di tenerci eventualmente i bagagli dopo checkout ,ci ha spiegato il problema dell’umidità chiedendoci scusa. In un primo momento abbiamo sorvolato, perché capiamo che un imprevisto possa capitare ma successivamente le abbiamo scritto mostrando il nostro disappunto

Abbiamo considerato che l’umidità fiorita non poteva essere una cosa improvvisa, probabilmente è presente da un po’. Il muro interessato ha l’intonaco che si sta staccando completamente. Considerando le condizioni della stanza forse sarebbe stato meglio non metterla a disposizione prima di risolvere il problema perché non è affatto igienico dormire in un ambiente cosi . Inoltre purtroppo in casa non abbiamo trovato neanche un tovagliolo, né di carta né di stoffa. Le lenzuola ci sono sembrate un po’ troppo usurate o comunque di materiale molto scadente. A parte questo il nostro soggiorno è stato comunque piacevole

La pulizia, la posizione, l'attrezzatura della cucina (stoviglie, pentole, posate...)

Il bagno è scrostato e presenta ampie macchie di umidità, i cuscini del letto sono piuttosto scomodi e solo due, il parcheggio non è sempre assicurato perché i posti non a pagamento e non soggetti a disco orario sono spesso occupati
