We could not be happier with our wonderful amazing stay at the most beautiful accommodation in Italy

We were absolutely in love with everything about this property! The host Anna is the kindest lady you will ever meet. Perfect isn't a strong enough word to describe our experience - every aspect of our stay from the greeting, to the delightful discovery of our wonderful spacious, clean and modern room, with a HOT TUB perfect for cold wintry weather, the beautiful neighbourhood, absolutely gorgeous historical village, how so warm and cosy it was with an excellent heating system - perfect in the alps, coffee machine for fanatics like myself (excellent coffee), and all the beautiful little touches - the Alexa sound system, gorgeous little candles for ambience, personalised greeting sign... we could go on and on and on. Did I mention the bathroom was so tastefully designed it was worth going just to see that? The shower was GREAT - very hot water and great pressure. The bed was the comfiest I have slept in in years. We will remember our stay forever and absolutely couldn't be more grateful for our time at La Via del Sale. Although we came to see the mountains, I think it would be worth going to Domodossola just to stay at La Via del Sale!!! Although everything was so good, nothing will be remembered as fondly by us as Anna herself - she really is the best amongst all people and we wish her all the best. We are lost for words to express how deeply we appreciated and loved our stay. Thank you Anna, we wish you every success and moment of happiness in life.

A cute quirky room with a great host.

Firstly I booked this the night before and thought I had booked the room with a kitchenette, I didn’t I had booked the studio. Not a huge issue. Travelling through and stayed one night. The area is quiet. The host is very friendly and helpful, she has done a good job with the apartments and making you feel welcome. The shower is really good and has great water pressure. There is a fridge, a kettle, a fan and a bathtub. The room is clean and smelled good. We were also welcomed with a jug of infused water. We would stay again but next time make sure we book with the kitchenette!

If I have to find something I didn’t like then I just felt the room was too much. There is so much in that room, a bathtub in the bedroom and little bits of furniture but no chair to sit on, just an ottoman. It was warm in the room and the windows open were good, but on one side there is an annoying dog barking for hours. On the other side is an alleyway with people walking past,chatting and smoking. When we went to sleep we had to close both windows and turn on the fan. Otherwise we had a great sleep. The car park is at least 70m away from the accommodation in a public area. We had no problems with this and the people are friendly around there.

One of our favourite stays

Very clean, tidy and organised. It wasn’t the biggest or the priciest accommodation of our trip but it might’ve been our favourite. The host was very kind and helpful. It’s clearly a better option than a lot of other pricier accommodations around, definitely recommend staying here.

The only thing I can think of is that room might be a little small.

Highly recommended.

Anna is a very friendly and accommodating host! Exceptional: very convenient parking of the motorbike on the grounds directly beside the apartment (ask before arriving). Antique house in classical setting, with modern styling of the apartment, lots of nice details, all kitchen facilities present, the couch is folding out to a real very comfortable bed, modern and spacious bathroom (shower). Surroundings offer nice walks; 15 minutes walk to town, 20 minutes to a large shopping mall. We hope to come again!

Difficile trovare una persona più carina, disponibile e gentile di Anna, la proprietaria di questa deliziosa struttura. È stata così premurosa da contattarmi prima di arrivare in stazione e accompagnarmi nel suo appartamento LA VIA DEL SALE, anche il giorno dopo per prendere il treno. Amazing Vacation in Domodossola!!

Super Unterkunft bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen 5-14-tägigen Urlaub braucht. Der Bahnhof Domodossola ist mit dem Auto in 10 und zu Fuß im 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel ausgestattet, sauber, ruhige Lage und mit Anna habt ihr eine tolle Vermieterin, die immer und jederzeit für euch da ist. Es gab ein Willkommen-Bier, hausgemachter Apfelkuchen und nen Likör als kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Aufgrund der Unwetterlage wurde ich sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Alle Fotos und Beiträge hier entsprechen der Realität, diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!! @Anna: Amazing Flat, thank you so much, for Everything!!

Jedyne miejsce na świecie gdzie zostałem tak pozytywnie i ciepło przywitany przez właścicielke, która pokazała dokładnie pokój. Wcześniej uzyskałem wskazówki na WhatsApp jak dotrzeć do miejsca (wysłane w moim języku, wiec był tutaj dodatkowy wkład pracy) Pokój zgodny z opisem, zgodny ze zdjeciami, dodatkowo świetnie przygotowany (zapach, włączona muzyka, światła/świeczki) Wanna z masażem działa (zmieści sie tylko jedna osoba) Pokoje nowe po remontach. Obok średniowieczne budynki, świetny klimat. Polecam gorąco!

Una estadía de cuento

Las habitacion era súper cómoda . Muy linda decorada y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una linda estadía . Anna la anfitriona está siempre pendiente desde el primer momento y es muy amable . Nos contó toda historia del lugar y nos trató súper bien . El lugar está ubicado en la parte más vieja de Domoddossola que es muy lindo de ver y a 5 min del centro histórico en auto . Muy recomendable! Esperamos poder volver !

Magnifique endroit, calme, confortable et charmant

Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis, personne souriante et très aimable, petites attentions (eau fraîche aromatisée....). La chambre est très jolie et confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. L'endroit est calme et charmant. Départ d'un grand choix de balades/randonnées ou visites. Un parking gratuit pas loin, il faut marché un tout petit peu car le logement est dans le village qui n'est pas accessible en voiture mais il s'agit de quelques dizaines de mètres. Je recommande +++. Merci encore !

Guter Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht, ausserhalb von Domodossola gelegen; sehr netter Empfang durch die Besitzerin, gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld; Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, Bad modern, Espressomaschine vorhanden

In der direkten Umgebung sind fussläufig kaum Restaurants - das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe hatte leider geschlossen. Das Bett ist für unseren Geschmack zu weich, und es war recht heiss im Zimmer (ein Ventilator war aber vorhanden). Achtung: Man kann nicht direkt bis zur Unterkunft fahren, da diese in einer Art Fussgängerzone liegt. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist aber nicht weit weg.

Monolocale praticamente nuovo, delizioso, arredato e rifinito con molto gusto, confermo che il divano letto è molto comodo. Molto apprezzato il dettaglio della bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo! La nostra host è stata molto cordiale e prodiga di consigli, ottimo per chi come noi non era mai stato in zona... toccherà tornare per fare e vedere altro! Posizione fuori dal centro ma molto comoda per muoversi, e con parcheggio pubblico a pochi mt.

SOGGIORNO FANSTASTICO 10+

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico soggiorno in questa deliziosa struttura, abbiamo apprezzato tutto: la piccola borgata con le case in sasso ben tenute circondate dal verde, la struttura romantica ristrutturata a nuovo, l'adorabile camera accogliente, pulita, tranquilla e super attrezzata, la signora Anna sempre gentile, cortese e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito e trattoria famigliare a 50 m. Molto indicata anche per tour in bici e trekking (la struttura dispone di deposito biciclette) visto le tante possibilita' di passeggiate nei dintorni infatti si trova sul percorso della Via del Sale e della Camminata di San Bernardo. La consigliamo a tutti e non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci al più presto!
