The location is great. But you need to carry your baggage up two flights of stairs. Take extra bags to decant luggage. It is above Simply fish so understandable.
The bed linen was not cotton so it made you warm at night, mattresses need a turn cycle as one room was very uncomfortable. However, any issues were very quickly sorted and the owners were very helpful.
