This stunning three-storey property is situated in the heart of Brixham’s bustling high street and harbour. It’s a stylish bolthole with an assortment of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within metres of your doorstep. Wander 0.5 miles and visit Breakwater Beach where you can kayak or swim and enjoy a spot of lunch. The nearby coastal path offers stunning scenery with every step or you can catch a ferry across the water to nearby Torquay (8 miles) and explore more golden-sand beaches, amusements and more. Other nearby coastal hotspots are Dartmouth (7 miles) where you can climb aboard the wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley, and Paignton (5.5 miles), which boasts a water park and a zoo.
