About this cottage rental
Nestling in the English Riviera town of Brixham. The town has a maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of it and offers visitors a choice of boat trips, from relaxing tours of Torbay, accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.
Enter into ground floor to the open-plan kitchen/diner with patio doors out onto a balcony area with amazing views. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Heading down to the lower ground floor, you will find the lounge with bi-folding doors to a decked area with garden furniture. Relax in this room on the comfy seating and catch up on your favourite film on the SkyTV with Sky Q package including Sky Sports. Just off the lounge is a snug where you will find a TV, PlayStation 4, and a utility area with washer/dryer. Leading off the back of the lounge there is a separate bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath and WC. Heading up to first floor, there are two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom with sea views and Smart TV (with Sky Q package) and a triple bunk bedroom with single over double. Completing this floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Heading up the stairs to the second floor is the final room on the house, the master king-size bedroom with Smart TV (with Sky Q package), an en-suite shower and WC and a Juliette balcony with beautiful views out over the sea.
Heading outside there are the balcony areas and roadside parking is available.
