There are minimum standards to offer to guests and this apartment does not meet them.
Position is great, but does not justify the complete lack of bare minimum standards.
Cleaning was done less than what I would do when I host a friend for free, we are paying customers, come on! The bathroom was the worst thing. Beside not being clean and having mold and hair in the shower the toilet flush makes a horrible noise and if you open water after few minutes (shower or sink) the noise starts again. But what is not acceptable from my point of view is that the door DOESN'T CLOSE. And I am not talking about locking it. It does not fit in the frame! Heater was connected to a non-working plug, hopefully this was a genuine mistake and not meant to avoid energy consumption.

Comfortable, great location, cool on a hot day.
The apartment is located right in the centre of Pisa. The cosy, homelike atmosphere of the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were good, thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was a joy to use. Air conditioning proved to be extremely helpful in the hot Pisa days. The apartment is lovely, atmospheric, cosy. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate when we asked for some extras - everything was supplied straight away. Thank you.
The shower: perhaps it should be replaced - the handle is broken, and water just oozes from the shower. There were some hairs on the floor in the corridor and in the shower.
