MARE FUORI - stanze con piscina

Bella sistemazione. La camera e il bagno erano enormi. Si notava la qualità delle strutture, molto pulito e molto completo. Aveva anche un tavolino e sedie per riposare all’esterno. Non sono entrato in piscina, ma si vedeva benissimo. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e a due isolati dalla spiaggia, che era bellissima. Super felice, se torno a Monopoli torno in questo posto. Il padrone di casa ci ha servito super bene e ci ha consigliato posti dove andare a mangiare.

Very close to the beach 3 min ( free Porto Rosso or beach club), centro storico 10 min, shops, caffe and restaurant all around. Nice acomodation, great host, very friendly. We recomande the place for a few days in Monopoli

The neighbors arrived in the early hours of the morning and you could hear everyone. It's very difficult to sleep like that.

The apartment was as expected, clean, and with a big comfy bed. The aircon worked well and the bathroom was beautiful. The pool, although small, was lovely, and in the time we were there I think we were the only ones using it.

The kitchenette was odd — there was even what looked like a rise/recline mobility bed in there! There was also a distinct lack of electric sockets — if we used the cooker, we couldn't use the coffee maker... first world problem I know. The biggest disappointed though was the noise levels. As others have said you can hear the family upstairs (including a small child), and the residents in the adjoining room. Worse than that though was the constant noise of the very busy main road AND the banging, drilling, cement mixing sounds from the surrounding buildings which made sitting in the communal outdoor space near the pool really unpleasant, and not at all relaxing. Neither the road, nor the building work is the fault of the owners, but it did spoil our stay in Monopoli.
