Terrific view, being on 6th floor felt like being on a cruise boat. Nice balcony facing the sea and sun. Very convenient for local shops and for walking into Menton town. Quite spacious for a studio flat. Well equipped.
Overhead storage above the bed is a little low and makes it easy to hit ones head whilst getting into bed

La vue directe sur la mer et le Cap Martin
Le bruit incessant des voitures et surtout des 2 roues sur la promenade juste en dessous de l'appartement. Les infos du propriétaire reçues en italien et en anglais;si je parle aussi anglais ,il me semble que Menton est en France, et j'imagine la difficulté de compréhension d'un couple strasbourgeois qui ne parlerait que français et allemand...par ailleurs en cas d'incident le propriétaire du studio devra se faire assister d'un avocat francophone ...
