Flott beliggenhet med rimelig nærhet til sentrum, utsikt direkte over Middelhavet og med god avstand til trafikken på vegen under i 6 etg. Flott med heis og balkong med god plass. Luft til luft varmepumpe ga god komfort

La vue directe sur la mer et le Cap Martin
Le bruit incessant des voitures et surtout des 2 roues sur la promenade juste en dessous de l'appartement. Les infos du propriétaire reçues en italien et en anglais;si je parle aussi anglais ,il me semble que Menton est en France, et j'imagine la difficulté de compréhension d'un couple strasbourgeois qui ne parlerait que français et allemand...par ailleurs en cas d'incident le propriétaire du studio devra se faire assister d'un avocat francophone ...
