About this apartment rental
Large studio, 37 m2, top floor, elevator, superb sea view.
Newly renovated, this very bright studio has a hallway with access, on the right to bathroom with walk in shower, washing machine, large cupboard, opposite on the left is a WC with a small basin, then a large wardrobe. The main room comprises of sleeping area with 2 single beds x 90 which can be used as a king size bed ; the room is divided by a large sofa-bed, living area has built in TV unit with Sony smart 43" tv, Dyson Pure hot and cool. The fully equipped kitchen is on the left with a table for meals in winter. In summer, the large picture window slides open to the balcony overlooking gardens and sea (200 m.), with table, chairs and bench.
The studio is equipped with wifi, bluetooth speakers and USB socket in bed headboard,

For bigger family and friends, I rent 2 other apartments in the same building.
The apartment is located on 5th and top floor of a residence built circa 1958, the Neptune consists of 3 buildings, the studio is in the center - Bloc B. You have 2 steps to access the building, an elevator to 5th floor, the studio is the middle door.
Rental in summer is preferably from saturday to saturday.
You find food shops in the vicinity.

The building is in a cul de sac with free parking spaces at the bottom and near the building. Parking is free in the adjacent area. See aerial view.

When you've booked, please kindly give an approximative time or arrival a week before, to confirm 30 mns before arriving.
Nice airport is 40 kms away ; there is a direct bus (n°110) with Place d'Armes stop at the bottom of the road leading to the apartment.
There is a bus stop at 4 mn walking, 12 m to the train station.
Genoa/Italy is approx 1H30 from Menton.
Menton benefits from a micro-climate. The area is perfect for lovers of hiking and history with many picturesque villages nearby.
