We are a family of four and our stay was very pleasant. The holiday home is very good equipped with everything you need. It's under one minute to the pebble beach.The bedrooms are on the other side of the flat, away from the street, which is hearable in the kitchen and living room. Sometimes there is huge traffic.We liked the overall charme of the building from the area it was build.The parking space is a lockable garage in the cellar.We will surely keep it in mind for another holiday.

Catherine our host was very helpful. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a well maintained and secure building across from the beach facing Eastwards. 5 minutes from the Carnoles station, 30 minutes walk into Menton. The village of Carnoles has an excellent Ustore for grocery shopping, several bakeries, cafes, butchers, etc. There is a small bakers just around the corner. The apartment is tastefully appointed and equiped with everything one needs for a comfortable self catering stay. Bed Linens and towels are not included but can be rented from Catherine. I would recommend it for a couple and 2 children as the 2nd bedroom is small with 2 single beds. We plan to return again next March for another 4 week stay.

Excellent location, pebble beach just across the road. Fantastic view from the terrace, we had all breakfastscthere, but marked traffic noise. Quiet though in the bedrooms located on the backside. . No air condition but portable , efficient fans. Ok Wifi, but no connection at the terrace because the router is at the back. Well equipped kitchen, huge fridge/freezer. Excellent communication with the owner and tasty welcome gifts. We would love to come back.
