L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla a pochi passi dal mare, molto curato nei minimi particolari e molto ben attrezzato (cucina, prodotti per la casa e per la pulizia personale, tv, biancheria, wifi, climatizzatore, parcheggio), pulizia impeccabile. Piscina fantastica. Accoglienza molto cordiale e un proprietario davvero disponibile.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla vicinissima alle spiagge di Roquebrune Cap Martin dotato di parcheggio gratuito e piscina. Appartamento molto pulito e ben attrezzato (cucina, prodotti per la casa e per la pulizia personale, smart tv, biancheria wi-fi), proprietario molto gentile e disponibile ci ha omaggiati di vino biologico terrazzo tranquillo e riservato.

Top-Lage nah am Meer, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Bahnhof in Laufnähe. Tiefgarage und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren ebenfalls positiv.
In dieser Unterkunft gibt es keine normalen Bettdecken und keine Bettwäsche. Stattdessen wurden uns lediglich Tagesdecken als Ersatz angeboten. Das ist weder hygienisch noch komfortabel und entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was man erwarten darf. Der Duschvorhang war deutlich verschmutzt und auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst spartanisch, von Gemütlichkeit oder Wohlfühlatmosphäre kann hier keine Rede sein.
