Disappointing

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Nicely tiled bathroom. Has air conditioning.

Advertised as having free parking, which was the main reason we went with this property but there was none. We couldn't enjoy the balcony as there was major construction work going on right next to the building. The shower head bracket was broken so when you turn the shower on it fell out of the bracket.

Great wee appartement

I used the underground carparking space which is only good if you have a small car. We have a bmw z4 and it was a very tight squeeze.

Déçue! Je ne retournerai pas dans ce studio! Ça donne pas envie..

Studio proche de la plage, grand ascenseur, la personne qui m’a remis les clés réactive ainsi que l’hôte. Proche bus, et supermarchés.

En arrivant un des rideaux était par terre ( des rideaux sales) ainsi qu’une des baies vitrées qui ne se fermait pas. Du coup j’ai perdu deux après-midi pour que qqn vienne la réparer ( l’hôte a été réactif à ce sujet). Il manquait du papier toilette et sac poubelle au toilette ( ils m’ont apporté ça après). Pas de papier pour la cuisine, ni gel de douche ou gel pour la vaisselle ( ce qui était précisé sur l’annonce booking). La tarasse n’était pas nettoyée ni rangée. Un canapé sale qui donne aucune envie de s’asseoir et la cerise sur le gâteau des petites FOURMIS par terre dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Très mauvaise literie, le lit grinçait fort à chaque fois qu’on s’assoit ou on bouge la nuit. Mauvaise insonorisation, le soir j’entendais la télé du voisin. En plus il y a des travaux dans l’immeuble de vis à vis, ils travaillent le week-end des 7h20 du matin. Heureusement les circonstances ont fait que j’ai du partir un jour plus tôt.

- la propreté des lieux - les équipements et le nécessaire pour notre séjour - la possibilité de se garer dans la rue en bas de l’immeuble mais payant

L’étroitesse de l’appartement, c’est un studio et non un appartement avec une chambre. Nous étions 4 adultes et n’avions pas d’intimité ce qui est gênant, alors que nous pensions arriver dans un appartement avec une chambre séparée comme écrit dans le descriptif

L'accoglienza, disponibilità e la gentilezza di Gemma sono impagabili. Appartamento pulitissimo e funzionale con tutti i confort e a pochi passi dal mare. Per un paio di persone è perfetto. Comodo il balcone con tenda elettrica anche per mangiare fuori appartamento. Sulla strada abbiamo trovato subito parcheggio (a pagamento) ma avendo prenotato per una sola notte tra sabato e domenica non abbiamo pagato molto, poiché nei festivi il parcheggio non si paga.

Bon emplacement. Nous y étions en février pour la fête du citron nous avions trouvé facilement des places à proximité. Plus possibilité de s'y rendre à pieds avec un peu de marche. Propre.

Lors de notre séjour construction d'un immeuble juste à côté donc énormément de bruit dès 7h du matin.
