We liked to stay here. The view is nice from the apartment. The space is good enough for a longer stay for 2. The kitchen equipped for necessary preparations.The city center is about 15-25 minutes on foot.
Parking is free but it's a bit hard to find after working hours. The furniture set is a bit weared.

Apartmán bol relatívne čistý, ale všade vlasy, zišlo by sa kvalitnejšie upratanie. Uteráky smrdeli, odtok v kúpeľni odteká len veľmi pomaly. V kuchyni chýbajú hrnce, sú tam len panvice. Celkovo nie som spokojný.

Das Appartement ist einfach abgewohnt und müsste in vielen Bereichen erneuert bzw. einige Dinge repariert werden. Von den Türen blättert die Farbe ab, die Fugen im Bad sind teilweise raus, das Sofa hat starke Gebrauchsspuren und Risse im Leder, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen. Die Sauberkeit oberflächlich ist ok, nur darf man nicht genauer hinsehen. Auch das Gebäude wirkt vom ersten Moment an nicht gerade einladend. Hier anzugeben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind finde ich etwas gewagt. Vor dem Haus ist eine Hauptstraße und die Parkplätze sind nur für Anwohner da. Wenn man etwas später kommt findet man gar nix mehr. Ich musste an beiden Abenden ca. 500m laufen. Das ist grundsätzlich ok, jedoch darf hier somit nicht von Parkplätzen gesprochen werden. Bei meinem Aufenthalt kam hinzu, dass die Heizung am ersten Abend nicht funktioniert hat. Und das bei 3 Grad Außentemperatur. Kurz bevor ich am nächsten Morgen anrufen wollte, funktionierte diese plötzlich. Leider ging dasselbe Spiel Spät am zweiten Abend wieder los. Eigentlich unzumutbar. Auch bei dem relativ günstigen Preis dürfen einige Dinge nicht passieren und Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind sowieso ein Muss, egal in welcher Kategorie man sich befindet. Ich persönlich kann nur abraten. Eigentlich müsste man sein Geld zurück verlangen, aber auf Grund des relativ geringeren Betrages habe ich keine Lust mich da zu streiten.
