Location wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst! Close to the Cleveland clinic so i believe the ambulance uses a route

Terrible, this home is not suitable for guests
Number of bedrooms
Many things, the area may be typical for someone living in similar environments but for people who live out of town the area does not feel safe. There is no driveway so you have to park on the street and pray no one hits your car. The door does not seem professionally installed and is very shaky. At least two of the 4 beds sink in the middle so when you are on the edge of the bed you will roll into the middle. There were constant bugs getting into the refrigerator and the refrigerator clearly had not been cleaned. The shower was clogging so badly, I had to literally figure out a way to pry out a huge hairball from the drain. The host also promised a refund for my cleaning fee and I have never heard from him again.

Nothing at all it was infested with mice and and spiders and was not cleaned at all
I have multiple pics of how the unit was and it was terrible rat feces and everything the beds was not comfortable the blanket sets was dirty

Not what I would call elegant
The location in the city, but the neighborhood was run down
The front porch looked like it would collapse also there were animal noises from the attic.

We really wanted to like the property but we did not have a good experience 😔.
Had a tough time entering the property. The landlord had provided only one entry code whereas the property required two. After a long travel we were so tired but ended up waiting at the door struggling to enter. We called the landlord but it was going to voicemail. Finally after more than 30 minutes or so, we could get the code and enter the house.
The property access is through a rickety set of 5 or 6 steps and it is so steep and unstable that we were worried to get the luggage up to the main door. We had aged parents with us and they really struggled to climb the steps. The whole set up shook and very run down.
The actual nightmare was at night. There was some animal which had crept into the attic and the whole night it was scratching and gnawing at whatever it was in the attic just above one of the bedrooms. We hardly could get a wink and the whole night it was moving around making noises and scratching the floor. To top it off, it had already made a hole in the ceiling and it was just making it bigger. We were up the whole night with the noise and in the morning contacted the landlord. He said he will send some
Pest control folks over to check the situation and we hoped it won’t repeat again. We hardly stayed during the day and left sometime after lunch and when we came back at night we did not see anything fixed. Hoping we can atleast find peace that night we retired for the day. But exactly around midnight the same animal started scratching the floor board. This time it was much louder and there were two holes now. We called the landlord but again it went to voicemail. Very worried that the animal may jump out of the hole and enter the bedroom, we immediately vacated that room and closed it. One of us shared the bed in the other room and one of us spent the night sleeping on the sofa. Definitely not what we expected and paid for.
Worst experience and regret the renting. The whole family had a worst experience with all of us left with no sleep
