Was the most craziest place I’ve ever stayed at. Raccoons were in the attic have videos and recordings of them in the attic. When I told the home owners they said they looked down the chimney?!?! I sad the attic. Got video and recording of the sound of them up in the attic to prove this. Do not recommend this place at all!

This is a very, very dirty property. I understand old homes and have stayed in many, but this goes beyond that. Grime on the walls and in the windows next to where you lay your head to sleep. Dirty kitchen, bathroom, doors, really gross. Debris on the bedding. I reached out to the host right after we got in and sent loads of pictures. The initial reply was - you have already checked in. Checking in consists of typing in the stairwell door code, so how were we supposed to know prior to going in? The photos were dismissed with an admission that there was visible debris on the bedding. The host declined to waive any fees, including our cleaning fee. I called the booking agent, who tried to get the host on the phone and advised he would not pick up. Also, there is no lock on the unit door and the other 2 units all have access to the same entry stairwell so we had to baricade the door at night. One of the other units' door was actually open in the stairwell the entire time. The host ultimately refused all remedy, and 3 days later the booking agent offered to pay our cleaning fee out of pocket after they viewed the photos. I can see that the host attacks anyone who posts a negative review, but we were great guests and have photos with metadata, dates, time stamps, and location to back it all up.

Worst start to a family vacation ever! When we first walked in, we thought the space was definitely smaller then the pictures made it look. We brought in our things, turned on the air conditioner to 62 and left for Walmart. We came back almost 2 hours later , and it was still hot and stuffy in there. We turned the oven on to make pizzas, and it took each of them an hour and half to bake because the oven didnt work properly. Next thing ya know, fireworks, and all kinds of chaos ensued all at once. I am not opposed to 4th of july celebration, don't get me wrong, but when car alarms are being set off , every 10 mins at least, and some of the bangs sounding very much like gun shots, mixed in, it was not fewling like a celebration. THEN, BOOM! LIGHTS, T.V AND AIR CONDITIONER GO OUT COMPLETELY! After all that, i was done. All i wanted was to leave there. Here are 10 of us, miserable, and no one would help. I called vrbo throughout all of this, begging them to transfer my $ to a different property....please. Throughout the night, i spent a total of 3 hours on hold with different specialists, who were working on it....ans the " TEAM" would let me know what they could do .in the meantime, the host Nick G. Sent a friend to flip the breaker so we had our 1/2 a@@ Air conditioner back, and a t.v to watch, while i waited for many my vrbo people to HELP ME . We did our best to rest until morning, packed up, and got the hell out of there by 10:30 in the morning. Still waiting on the

Booked this property on a Monday for three weeks or so for my coworkers to come in on that Friday. Waited 24 hours for confirmation and nothing. Texted and tried to call host, nothing. Just wanted to assure we had a place to stay and a simple confirmation. Another 24 and nothing. On the Vrbo app the trip wasn’t even showing up at all! Called Vrbo and they tried to contact the host. NOTHING. Then they gave me his number, texted called and NOTHING. I need a house now in 48 hours and host is unresponsive. Now I tell Vrbo I no longer want the house do to all of the above. Guess what? That night I get a text from the host asking why I’m cancelling and why would I want to do that? I explained everything as I stated above and he told me that I would not be getting any type of refund. Now I’m letting my credit card company and Vrbo sort it out but I would avoid this host at all costs.

We were ok with this being an older house. The outside of the structure needs cleaned up a bit. It would be nice if the bed sheets and comforters would be freshened up or replaced. Otherwise, it worked for a quick overnight trip to Cleveland.

It did the job as far as location and cost. Couple things that could’ve made it better- I would upgrade at least one mattress, we were not comfortable. Couches we not comfortable. WiFi would’ve been helpful. Door jam during all the unlocking processes.

Location is a fantastic, cost-effective option for access to Cleveland and the surrounding areas. Edgewater park, Tremont, Gordon Square and Lakewood are all within 5-10 minutes of this location. There was enough space for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The place was very small hole in the wall house. You go up the steps to unlocked door. The site had both bedrooms pictured twice. False advertising. Now we had it for a whole weekend but it was so not a vacation I couldn't wait to get out of there. So we did by 2pm that Saturday January 13th today the man says we were smoking and send some old screenshot on his phone from a made up bed. And the beds were all stripped upon leaving per his request and plus you never to pay for your pen children to stay with you and it's only one tv in the itty bitty house. The pictures are older photos for sure. Don't be fooled

Great place to getaway when in Cleveland. Quite and comfortable. Clean with everything you need.. home away from home.

The place reeked of marijuana and one of the guests staying is allergic so we were unable to stay. So id like a refund.

We never got to stay the code didn’t work that wa provided and no one knew how to reach the host! The number provided by VRBO didn’t work and I’m getting the run around from Expedia for my refund

Place was pretty filthy, with all the furniture in the middle of the room for some reason?

I had booked a place to stay in Cleveland for a trip. The property owner contacted me in the week before the stay to say the location I had rented was no longer available, but he put us in another nearby location. The location was convenient, the accomdations were clean and neat, and checkin and checkout was trouble free. Overall a good experience.

I am originally from the Cleveland area and wanted to go back to show some friends around. The pictures are very deceiving. We reached out to the owner to see if we could get in early. She stated yes if we leave a 5 star review. When we were then able to check in early no beds were made, there was a hole in the wall, and pictures broken. It seemed that there was a party there the night before. When we got back that night at around 11:30 we were all trying to go to bed and the place below us (place is on a second floor of a duplex) was screaming and yelling about drugs and seemed to be somewhat of a heated discussion. I would not stay here.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The entire place is spacious, clean and we did not experience any problem at all. We will definitely comeback.

Our experience was ok. House was rather small and there was a light that would not shut off. Bunkbeds were very wobbly, I would question sleeping on the to bunk. The walls and ceilings were cracked. We were also incorrectly charged for damages 10 days after we left. $50 to press a ring back onto a light what a joke....

This was a nice and clean apartment. Very decent area very quiet. The host was great easy to get in contact with. I definitely will go back. Denise thanks for the stay. Your a great host. Thumbs up

The property was clean. Our biggest concern was that it was the upstairs of a duplex. The stairs were narrow and dangerous. The listing did not mention it was upstairs or I would not have rented. Having just experienced knee problems, it was extremely difficult to climb the stairs. There were limited electrical outlets. The one in the bedroom was behind the bed. The second bedroom was really a living room with bunk beds. No door, no privacy. The kitchen was adequate, but we didn't find the kitchen eating utensils until we were leaving. There was no dining table or chairs. The location was close to downtown. The listing should clearly state that the property is upstairs of a duplex.

This is a tough one to review as it's difficult to say if some of the issues were chronic or isolated. We arrived late (11pm) and the instructions said to use the left back door, but it was a side door, so there was confusion. I also needed to work from there the next morning and the Network name provided was wrong, though the password was correct, so we guessed and found the right one. The owner responded promptly and politely. The next concern was something addressed in the listing, that each additional person beyond two would be charged $20/person/night. We had our six year old son for four nights so he cost us an extra $80 for "cleaning" fees and I guess I'm surprised that each night had that fee, but that's fine as we knew up front. It would seem like the cost for his bedding would be one time instead of each night, but it wasn't a hidden fee at least. The bad thing was that AFTER we booked, we had to confirm we'd only use the beds reserved per headcount and I'm confused how to know the other or any beds were actually clean now, as it's all on your honor. The place was tidy though poorly finished (plank flooring is installed on top of carpet) and the air conditioner units worked well. The shower and bathroom were clean with good pressure but some beds were missing top sheets, bugs were smashed on the kitchen ceiling, and bunkbeds were LITERALLY losing screws (kept finding in the beds). And, though the kitchen was ample with a gas range and full refrigerator, there were no forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans, cutting boards, spatulas, etc. nor a toaster. The owner said they must have been stolen but that didn't help our peace of mind. Also, I intended to work from the house for a half day. There are zero outlets in the bedroom so I worked in the kitchen, but there is no dining room, no table, and no chairs. So while the post did not advertise those, it's important to note because we had to buy silverware, pots, pans and spatulas and eat around a shared coffee table. All in all, we were clean, tidy and safe. And the price was AMAZING for being so close to downtown. But the lacking details and the safety concern of those creaking bunkbeds with bolts randomly falling out would stop me from staying again. As mentioned, this was a tricky review to write because it was clean and ample space but just not a great place if you're with a family planning to use the kitchen and sleep, as those beds are NOT safe and they're creaky.

We had a wonderful stay when we were here, the camera was a little unnerving due to having minors but over all nice place

My family and I really enjoyed our experience at the house. It was clean and the perfect size. The AC blew cold and was great overall.
