Nice place and reasonably priced for the location downtown. I was going to Guardians games all weekend so it was great for that. I do wish there was a screen in the window so I could’ve had fresh air instead of AC being in the 60s at night. Not a ton of parking to go in and grab the keys but can’t expect much for being downtown, no fault to the owners. Other than that, the amenities were great. There’s a gym and a sauna. The atmosphere and decor are really cool.

We really enjoyed our trip to Cleveland. We were able to walk every where--be it to activities or places to eat--from this terrific apartment. It was clean and had all we needed with one exception. The air conditioner is right by the bed. It got uncomfortable at night with the cold air blowing on us. If the bed and TV could be switched around from one wall to the other, it would have made it much more comfortable. Otherwise, we loved it.

In town for a football game at the stadium. Perfect distance for a little walk about 16 min or so. Same for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We had a studio which was perfect, modern and efficient but also had my husband's brothers and wives too. One in 1 bedroom and other in 2 bedroom based on availability when we booked and ALL were very well equipped. We were all on the 3rd floor which was also convenient. Walking disance to plenty of eating and drinking establishments. Very clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Cleveland.

Car was broken into in the parking garage associated with the property. On the Sunday morning around 9/10 am there was no one on the property or at the garage. No police were found in several blocks around property when we departed.

I was there for a conference that kept me pretty busy so i didnt get a chance to explore any of the amenities but there is CVS next door which was great. Within a 2-3 block walk there is the basketball arena where the Cavs play, a lot of restaurants and a casino. Im glad i choose this place. It was very clean.

The instructions on getting the keys were pretty straightforward. I know some people complained it was complicat but it wasn't at all. The instructions for the parking was a little more challenging but again if patient and just follow the directions and it's pretty straightforward. The property was very well decorated and stylish and new. The only drawback was the noise from the road. I could hear the Harley type bikes in the evening. I was in a unit on the 3rd floor.

Was a cute place but never got a coffee pot in our room. Was told one was coming everyday and it never happened. Place was under construction and was in the parking lot when we heard glass break from a window and no one ever cleaned it up. Luckily no one was hurt. Last day when we were checking out power went out. Checking in wasn’t too bad.

Loved the room. Found the beds comfortable and slept really well. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice touches with coffee, etc. plenty of cabinet space. Couch comfy. Bathroom and shower were wonderful. Loved the balcony. WiFi coverage was excellent. Loved the convenience of the parking garage although spaces were very tight. Would definitely recommend.

Location is perfect for seeing Cleveland, but we found the property uncomfortable. We messaged with the company, and they were friendly, but they couldn't fix any of the problems. #1 The bed was not a traditional mattress or memory foam - some sort of incredibly uncomfortable hard foam. #2 The flimsy blinds on the window did not block light at all. #3 The building was under construction with construction out the window and in the elevator. #4 We never received check in info and had to call and text repeatedly to ask for it. #5 Check in and out are annoying because you have to hope for street parking while you go inside to get a parking garage pass. #6 Less important, the apartment had a weird unfinished ceiling and random wall not painted. The lobby and common areas were truly bizarre, as if different people chose each pillow, chair, carpet, and wallpaper. Sometimes in the evening homeless were asking for money at the front door to the building.

Check in process was communicated clearly but is quite involved as you have to deal with lock box combo’s, keys, fobs, parking lot entry cards and you have to drive around the block to get to the parking so it’s best not to check in too late. And please know check in is a 4pm and check out is 10am so there’s not much of a chance of sleeping in on the day you have to check out. The room is in fact very sleek and stylish with all the amenities you would need and is in a central downtown location close to bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. The rooftop pool is an extra added bonus!

The instructions for checking in and out were very simple. We had no problems at all. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast each morning before venturing out. Having free parking was also a nice perk. The building is within walking distance of several attractions (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Guardians Stadium, etc.) We saved a lot of money versus staying at a hotel. This is the first time that we have stayed anywhere other than a hotel and it was a great experience. We felt very safe staying here. There is a CVS on the corner, so we were close to some groceries and personal items.

It's a great location. Plenty of room for two people. Full refrigerator and kitchen, with pots and utensils. Parking included in the rental fee was a big plus. There were a few things that were annoying (like no shelving at all in the shower; minimal soap provided; some unclear check-in and out instructions) which we passed onto management. Hopefully they will correct those things. We would stay here again.

The apparent is in the prime location but if you stay over the weekend it is poor communication with a actual person if you have trouble. Everything is Ai automated. We lost parking card and were not able to get it before we left. We stayed 3 nights. No communication with parking operators. So it was very inconvenient. If this was held differently. This was a fantastic experience. We had never used LiveSuites before and weren’t familiar with how it worked without a front desk, but checking in was easy, with instructions delivered at time of check-in that were very easy to follow. The room was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed, including our own laundry unit in the room. We were very comfortable and incredibly pleased with a space to feel safe and at home during our trip. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Only complaint was how LOUD everything was late into the night (motorcycles & cars revving the hell out of their motors which was very annoying). If you're looking for quiet this isn't the place but it's in the city so you have to consider that as well. Everything else was great. Check-in was a little confusing at first but the person texting me back was very quick to respond & helpful.

This apartment was clean and comfortable. The management was very responsive and helpful. The furnishings were nice, and access to a kitchenette was a bonus. There's a grocery store across the street, if you're staying longer and want to save money by not dining out. The property is in a very walkable part of the city, which meant we didn't have to do much driving. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment options in the area, and it was surprisingly quiet inside the building. Our only complaint is that there weren't darker curtains to facilitate sleeping in.

Besides having to communicate only via website, it was a fairly easy process. Room and apartment quiet and clean, loved the space. Well decorated and comfortable. Property management still kind and friendly, although they are not related to your stay or responsible for anything during it. No refund policy enforced, FYI.
