Perfect location in downtown Cleveland! An easy walk to Rocket Arena for a concert. Close to restaurants, shops. Parking across the street in parking garage was within easy walking distance across the street from the back of the building. Be sure to watch the video on where to access a small alley to the rear of the building where you'll find they key lock boxes. Residents in the building were also friendly -- and we got to pet a neighbor's dog. Condo host was super responsive to the questions we had. Would stay again especially if going to Playhouse Square.

The location was phenomenal and one of the biggest strengths of this property. The area felt safe, walkable, and convenient to everything I needed. Communication with the host/property management company was excellent throughout the stay—they were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, it was an okay stay and served its purpose.

Unfortunately, it felt like almost every aspect of the apartment had some sort of issue. The bed frame felt unstable and unsafe, multiple outlets would not hold plugs, the TV had problems, Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, and several bathroom fixtures needed repair. While none of the individual issues were catastrophic, there always seemed to be something else that wasn’t working quite right. The result was a stay that became increasingly frustrating. Whether it was charging devices, watching TV, getting ready in the morning, showering, sleeping, or using the apartment’s amenities, there always seemed to be another maintenance or functionality issue. After a long day, it often felt easier to give up than deal with the next problem. For that reason, while the location and communication were excellent, this is not a property I would choose to stay at again.
