My Dad and I stayed here when we were in town to go to the Browns home opener. The location is convenient to the stadium and close to the 4th Street bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a security desk in the lobby, and the elevators require a fob to get to upper floors, so I felt the building had good security overall.

The check-in and check-out instructions could be improved. At check-in, the instructions said to dial 101 to connect. That does not work and generates an error. The keys are in a lockbox, but there are no instructions or signage on where to locate the lockbox, which is through the lobby and in the management office on an inside wall. On check-out, you return the keys to the lockbox, which is simple enough. They also state you need to take a picture of the keys in the lockbox or incur a $150 charge, but there is no instruction on where or how to send the picture. I had to message the owner to find that out. The apartment is sparsely equipped, which is somewhat to be expected, but a second wine glass, second fork, and a wine/bottle opener would cover a few more of the basics. Also small trash cans in the bathrooms to avoid having to carry disposables from the bathroom to the kitchen would be nice.

Place was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was very quiet, which was nice after a long day. I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Cleveland! Beats a hotel stay any day! Thanks again for a great experience.

Wish there was coffee for the morning but it wasn’t a huge deal.
