The location was terrific - a short walk across a pedestrian bridge to Tremont’s main commercial area, close by bike path, and easy access to highways and the scenic flats and west side market makes this a formidably great location to stay if visiting Cleveland. The host was very responsive, the bed and futon were both comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and safe.
I stayed a week and wanted to make some meals at home. The kitchen was missing a few important implements and the nonstick cookware needs replacing.

Dead end street; pretty quiet. Comfortable bed. Washer/dryer and nice shower. Easy to control heating/cooling. Off street parking was nice but expensive; not sure why they don't open the back gate and let two cars park for free?
I have a sensitive nose and the apartment had been occupied by a smoker. Kitchen had only one pan (without cover) that was not a scratched up teflon-type frying pan. BYO dish towels, new kitchen sponge, and lights to read in bed.

The available amenities were great! I was easily able to cook a whole meal in the kitchen and had the necessary items to clean up. The futon in the tv room was also very comfortable.
The parking situation would be very tight for larger vehicles. It is great that there is driveway parking, is just a little tight!
