Dead end street; pretty quiet. Comfortable bed. Washer/dryer and nice shower. Easy to control heating/cooling. Off street parking was nice but expensive; not sure why they don't open the back gate and let two cars park for free?
I have a sensitive nose and the apartment had been occupied by a smoker. Kitchen had only one pan (without cover) that was not a scratched up teflon-type frying pan. BYO dish towels, new kitchen sponge, and lights to read in bed.

The available amenities were great! I was easily able to cook a whole meal in the kitchen and had the necessary items to clean up. The futon in the tv room was also very comfortable.
The parking situation would be very tight for larger vehicles. It is great that there is driveway parking, is just a little tight!

The place was very neat and clean. Loved the lighting. Mattress was very comfortable. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Would definitely stay again!
I would suggest having some sort of note or pamphlet welcoming us and a run down of the rules and possibly local must see attractions and places to eat. Definitely could have used a few extra towels. And the bed frame was bigger than the mattresses and stuck out 4-5 inch’s and definitely stubbed our toes on it more than a few times.
